This theoretical study aimed to analyze the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of the transpersonal caring concept through using the Concepts Analysis Model. For this purpose, books published based on Jean Watsons theory in Portuguese and English from 1979 to 2012 were listed. Fulfilled inclusion criteria, only six literary works remained. The time of care and intention to be in relationship were the most cited antecedents. The most present attributes were intersubjectivity and relationships among those ones involved in the process. With regard to consequences, the most present element was the fact that the transpersonal caring provides restoration/reconstitution (healing). The study allowed noting tiny changes in the concept definition over the years and publications of theory. Thus, analyzing the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of concept provided its better understanding and comprehension of its importance in the Human Caring Theory proposed by American theorist.

The objectives of this research were interpreted as the teaching and learning home care is experienced by students and teachers at the Nursing Undergraduate Course, at the Federal University of Parana and build a theoretical model that explain this experience. It is a qualitative research that used the Grounded Theory method. Semi-structured interviews were performed with eight of the last academic year of nursing undergraduate course and five professors of content related to the topic. The experience in home care occurs and grows out in contact with reality through interaction between practical and theoretical issues and stage with specific working hours. The student comes across various nuances of this type of assistance, which allows understanding the health system and knowledge expansion related to home care. This fact shows that this area of expertise should be part of nursing undergraduate course because it is in expanding process and requires trained professionals to perform it. DESCRIPTORS: Nursing. This is a bibliographic research about Brazilian scientific production in the last 17 years, carried out in the Virtual Health Library. This study aimed to analyze conceptual differences for the terms conceptual framework, reference framework, care method, assistance model, care model, care process and nursing process, proposing definitions for these terms based on the similarities described by the authors of the publications studied. Fifty-three (53) scientific productions were analyzed, which showed a lack of conceptual clarity among the terms, as well as similarities, differences, and use of synonyms, which can hamper the understanding of their meaning. The definition of the terms listed was based on the selected literature, in order to clarify them and contribute to their deeper understanding.
