In this paper detailed analysis of the electromagnetic processes in the new multizone current source inverter was carried out, resulting in the analytical ratios for the qualitative evaluation of the load currents, depending on the relative resistance of the load, as well as an external characteristics of converter by using the method of differential equations algebraization was obtained [1]. The results of this analysis are summarized for any number of converter zones working on a capacitive divider. In addition, the results of analysis are confirmed by computer simulation of three-phase multizone current source inverter by PowerSIM software.

This paper proposes a novel inverter for four-wire systems. The number of used transistors is reduced in a Z-source inverter with neutral point as compared with known schemes of Z-source inverter for four-wire systems. It increases reliability and efficiency. The scheme operation is verified by simulation.

The Dual Z-Source inverter scheme with improved quality of the produced voltages is considered. Simulation results of the converter as a part of the aircraft variable-speed/ constant frequency power generation system are presented. The considered scheme is compared to that consisting of a Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) voltage source inverter and a dc-dc boost converter.

This paper is devoted to analysis of the state-of-the-art in electronic component base of class Space. The review covers integrated circuits for designing digital semiconductor converter control system with a high-frequency PWM control. For this purpose modern chip digital controllers, digital signal processors, field programmable gate arrays, PWM controllers, base matrix crystals (BMC) and ASIC were considered with ability to resist to special factors in open space.
