Featured researches published by Michel Hubert-Habart.

Tetrahedron Letters | 1984

A new “one flask” preparation of 2-alkylamino-4-chloroquinazolines from ortho aminobenzonitriles and phosgeniminium salts

Bruno Kokel; Gabriel Menichi; Michel Hubert-Habart

Abstract Phosgeniminium salts 7 react easily with ortho amino-benzonitriles 6 to give, selectively and quantitatively the corresponding 2-dialkylamino-4-chloroquinazolines 5 .

Heterocycles | 1990

Direct Synthesis of 2-Substituted 5-Formylpyrimidines and Ring Transformation of Their Phenylhydrazones into 4-Formyl-1-phenylpyrazole

Kaname Takagi; A. Bajnati; Michel Hubert-Habart

Triformylmethane reacted with benzamidine, guanidine and S-methylisothiourea to give 2-substituted 5-formylpyrimidines, whose phenylhydrazones readily underwent ring transformation into 4-formyl-1-phenylpyrazole on heating in acidic methanol

Tetrahedron Letters | 1984

A new “one pot” preparation of 2-n,n-dialkylamino-1,3-benzoxazines and naphth[ 1,2-e][ 1,3]oxazines from corresponding ortho hydroxynitriles and phosgeniminium salts

Bruno Kokel; Gabriel Menichi; Michel Hubert-Habart

Abstract Phosgeniminium salts 2 react easily with ortho hydroxybenzonitriles 1 and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthonitriles 6 to give 1,3-benzoxazine and naphth[1,2- e ][1,3]oxazine derivatives respectively with a very good yield.

ChemInform | 1984

A NEW ONE‐FLASK PREPARATION OF 2‐(ALKYLAMINO)‐4‐CHLOROQUINAZOLINES FROM O‐AMINOBENZONITRILES AND PHOSGENIMINIUM SALTS

B. Kokel; Gabriel Menichi; Michel Hubert-Habart

Aus den 2-Amino-benzonitrilen (I) entstehen mit den Phosgeniminium-Salzen (II) uber die isolierbaren Zwischenstufen (III) direkt die 2-Alkylamino-4-chlor-chinazoline (IV).

Journal of The Chemical Society-perkin Transactions 1 | 1976

Synthesis of 7,10- and 7,8-dimethylbenz[c]acridine

Cecile Pene; Jean-Marc Lhoste; Paul Markovits; Michel Hubert-Habart

7,10-Dimethylbenz[c]acridine, commonly used in experimental cancerology, is shown to be a mixture with 7,8-dimethylbenz[c]acridine. Unambiguous syntheses of these two dimethylbenz[c]acridine are described.

Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry | 1980

Sur diverses possibilités de formation de pyrimidines à partir de formyl-3 chromone

Cecile Pene; Michel Hubert-Habart

Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry | 1996

Ring transformation of 5‐acylpyrimidines and 5‐acyluracils into pyrazoles with hydrazines in acidic medium

Kaname Takagi; Michel Hubert-Habart

Heterocycles | 1989

Ring transformation of 5-acylpyrimidines into 4-acylpyrazoles with phenylhydrazine

Abdelilah Bajnati; Michel Hubert-Habart; Kaname Takagi; Hiroshi Terada

Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry | 1990

Ring transformation of 5-acylpyrimidines into 4-acylpyrazoles with hydrazine and phenylhydrazine in acidic medium

Kaname Takagi; Abdelilah Bajnati; Michel Hubert-Habart; Hiroshi Terada

Journal of Heterocyclic Chemistry | 1986
