Thi My Hanh Le; Luis Alfaro Alfredo; Hyung Rim Choi; Min Je Cho; Chae Soo Kim

The need for increasing and performance the agility of a business process, along with different cost control measures is currently playing an important role in the future of Business Process as a Service into the Market of Cloud Computing Services. The operational scarcities of capital and high cost pressures force the industry to seek out innovative engagement standards to accomplish plans and goals. In this paper, based on the formal Total Cost of Ownership model for Cloud Computing Services from previous study, we provide literature review, analyze, develop a mathematical approach of Total Cost of Ownership and evaluate a case study of Business Process as a Service. The implementation of this perspective could eliminate the necessitate of capital investments while reducing operational expenses, and rating differently to generate outstanding results for Cloud Service Providers and benefits for the cloud users.

Since the numbers of single-person family and nuclear family increase, the pet market is getting bigger to meet the increasing demand of pet purchase. Different from other cargos, the pet transportation requires real-time monitoring of pet status. However, at present, there is no monitoring system on pet during transportation. In fact, there are many incidents of pets dying after the transportation because of the stress they had suffered caused by the problems that had occurred during transportation which remain unknown and unidentified.

A Framework for Tracking Reliable Data in the Cloud for Port Logistics

Luis Alfredo Alfaro; Thi My Hanh Le; Hyung Rim Choi; Min Je Cho; Chae Soo Kim

The accountability of private data authority is the main issue that owners always concern and look for the good way to solve it, particularly in the cloud computing services era nowadays. On-demand service of cloud computing allows users to access the data anytime, anywhere from any sources but such access need to be in limitation. Cloud computing presents a level of risk because fundamental services are often outsourced to a Third Party Agreement or well known as Cloud Service Providers. In this paper, the authors provide literature review, present a layered framework for Tracking Reliable Data in the Cloud to control the data usage, others unauthorized access and make certain that the Service License Agreement which is signed between Cloud Service Providers and data owners is trespassing the rights or not.

Ways to Manage IP-RFID Based Navigation Aid Facilities

Hyung Rim Choi; Byoung Kwon Park; Min Je Cho; Yong Sung Park; Jeong Soo Ha

The aids to navigation that are separated by a secondary route of the ship to safety covers a large salvage ship safety and is an important role in accident prevention. Most of the equipment as high as the real-time safety and asset management needs, but the mechanisms behind this system is still lacking. Currently these are controlled by people directly, and there are some cases which is introduced for managing system. But it has an issue with lack of safety and compatibility, excessive operating expenses, volume, etc. In this study, management measure for course assistance facility is suggested that is applied IP-RFID technology integrated RFID technology and IP technology for solving these problems. Scenario is developed for efficient and rapid management with finding out problems of current course management, and then required service is suggested for integration management system which is applied IP-RFID technology.
