Criação de valor compartilhado: um novo olhar sobre as organizações?

The Creating Shared Value (CSC), created by Michael E. Porter and Mark R. Kramer, has been analyzed and disseminated in organizational scientific community as a new way of thinking in organizations, unlike the traditional modern thought, which extends and replaces the common concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Therefore, this theoretical article, aims to explore the origins of CSV to check its concept as a new organizational paradigm over to modern design and replacing CSR. It is highlighted that the CSV does not qualify as a new organizational paradigm, because is consisted of increments originated from other theoretical frameworks of sustainability, corporate social responsibility and organizational strategies.

Facetas Arquetípicas: análise de caso clínico com suporte na Psicologia Analítica

This paper is a case study of a patient who came to us complaining of difficulties within the family due to the fact that he could not deny anything to people. The case was analyzed based on the framework of Analytical Psychology, founded mainly on Carl Gustav Jung. Psychological counseling sessions were held, and after the sessions, theoretical approaches have been made based on the material presented by the patient. The interventions were performed with the goal of enabling the patient and insights she sought other ways to position themselves in the world and to relate to the people around. Over the course of the sessions, the patient was able to construct a context in which allow and deny more in accordance with their abilities and possibilities.

EXAME PIAGETIANO DE CONSERVAÇÃO DE QUANTIDADES: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL

This article refers to a practical work with the completion of a clinical examination developed by Jean Piaget. The activity consisted of examination of conservation of quantity (continuous and discontinuous). Piaget (1986) has developed research methods that help change the perception of cognitive structures and their operation over human development. This experience showed, further, reflect on the relevance of various concepts and attitudes that pervade the procedure performed, and its possibilities and limits.
