Estudio descriptivo, comparativo, transversal, envolviendo 226 docentes de cursos de graduacion en enfermeria, en Sao Paulo-SP, Brasil. Objetivo-se evaluar el desempeno que estos docentes atribuyen a si mismos, respecto a habilidades para desarrollar programas educativos para adultos. Los datos fueron recogidos mediante una escala tipo Likert, e introducidos en una hoja Excel®; se analizaron mediante estadistica descriptiva y pruebas no parametricas de Wilcoxon y Friedman. La poblacion tenia predominantemente entre 46-55 anos (87/38, el 49%), eran mujeres (198/87, 61), con grado de maestria (180/79, el 65%). Los profesores consideraron que sus habilidades estan lejanas al que buscaban alcanzar. La habilidad considerada mas baja fue la construccion de disenos de programas para satisfacer situaciones de aprendizaje, y la mas grande fue la capacidad para evaluar programas de ensenanza. El mayor deseo era relacionado al diseno de programas con formatos creativos, y el menor fue para usar consejos, comites y grupo de trabajo. Se concluyo que el diseno de programas educativos para los adultos es todavia algo inexplorado y experenciado poco a estos maestros.To evaluate the performance that nursing teachers assigned to themselves in the skills to develop educational programs for adults, was the aim of this descriptive, comparative, cross-sectional study, performed with 226 teachers of undergraduate nursing courses from Sao Paulo. Data were collected by Likert scale, introduced in Excel® spreadsheet and analyzed using descriptive statistics and nonparametric tests of Wilcoxon and Friedman. The population was predominantly between 46-55 years (87/38, 49%) were women (198/87, 61%) and have a master degree (180/79, 65%). The teachers were far from reaching the competences which they sought. The lower skill was in building the design of programs to meet the learning situations and, the bigger, in evaluating educational programs. The greatest desire was to design programs with creative formats, and the smaller, was to use councils, committees and task force. It was concluded that designing educational programs for adults is still something unexplored and little experienced by these teachers.

O sucesso da aprendizagem envolve estrategias adequadas. Aquelas inspiradas na Andragogia, que e a arte e a ciencia de ensinar adultos, parecem ser ideais para o ensino do tema projetos, conteudo de administracao de recursos fisicos ministrado na graduacao em enfermagem. O objetivo e relatar estrategia de ensino que estimula a aquisicao de competencias que tornem o enfermeiro capaz de dialogar, com a equipe multiprofissional, sobre projetos. A estrategia envolveu oficina composta por quatro etapas: leitura de projetos, atribuicoes do estabelecimento assistencial de saude (EAS), nocoes de dimensionamento fisico e elaboracao de glossario de termos. A estrategia, proposta por aluna de disciplina de pratica educacional de programa de pos-graduacao senso estrito, foi testada,avaliada e aprovada em oficina por alunos e professores. As condicoes para aplicacao dessa estrategia envolvem trabalho com poucos alunos, salas proprias, equipamentos disponiveis e parcerias com EAS.

Objetivo: identificar os principais fatores que contribuem para obesidade infantil e discutir a importância do papel do enfermeiro na prevencao da obesidade infantil. Metodos: foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratoria, descritiva, bibliografica com abordagem qualitativa, realizada na Biblioteca Virtual de Saude (LILACS e BDENF). Apos a coleta de dados foi realizada uma leitura exploratoria, seletiva, critica e analise tematica. Resultados: emergiram as seguintes categorias: Principais fatores que contribuem para obesidade infantil e o papel do enfermeiro na prevencao da obesidade infantil. Conclusao: Concluimos entao que o enfermeiro pode contribuir na identificacao, no cuidado da obesidade infantil e na deteccao dos sinais da patologia, atuando na promocao e prevencao da obesidade infantil e suas complicacoes.

INTRODUCTION the Journal Club (JC) is a teaching and learning strategy developed by individuals who meet to discuss scientific articles in periodicals. OBJECTIVE to describe the experience of the JC strategy at the Group for Studies and Research in Health Services Administration and Nursing Management (Gepag). METHOD case studies or scientific research demonstration mode of practical experience for the understanding and justification of facts. RESULTS Gepag JC emerged in 2008 and, in 2014, was computerized with the Google Drive®, in order to increase its scope and optimize the Group›s meetings. From April to May 2014, the instrument was tested and adjusted, resulting in advancements. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS the advantages involved optimizing the time of meetings, facilitation of access to publications of interest to the Group and creating the database to support future research.

Patient’s prompt book is a legal document that must contain the internment information. Therefore it is essential to know the legal aspects to evaluate the importance of the correct register of all the activities. This study presented the following goals: 1) To evaluate the standard of registers of nursing concerning the origin place of the register, time of fulfilling, professional category, Decision COREN-SP-DIR/001/2000, SAE and debts; 2) To number measures that direct the actions of the service of Continued Education. It was a descriptive research, as well as a retrospective ones and the approach was a quantitative ones. The sample, from 150 prompt books, was selected by conglomerate. The survey and analysis of the data had demonstrated in general that, the registers had presented imperfections and that an intervention was necessary, and the suggested measures of support in this study had intended to contemplate these necessities.
