The emergence of social networking sites, particularly Facebook, encouraging the emergence of a new paradigm in e-commerce, known as social commerce (s-commerce). S-commerce business model is currently a trend in the commercial world. Based on literature studies that have been done, we obtained two factors in the behavior and interaction of social networking site Facebook users that affect a persons intention to make purchases through social media, there is social support and relationship quality. This study aims to conduct research on the relationship between social commerce intention, social support, and relationship quality, through a questionnaire survey conducted online to Facebook users by using purposive sampling method. Data results of the questionnaire that has been collected, then analyzed quantitatively by using PLS. From the analysis and quantitative testing can be concluded that social commerce intention on Facebook as a medium s-commerce is affected by relationship quality on social media itself (in this case Facebook), and are not directly affected by the social support that occurred on social media Facebook . However, it is known that social support on Facebook has a direct influence on the quality of the relationship quality between the user and Facebook as a medium of s-commerce.

Portfolio is a document describing skills, experience, interest or knowledge of a person. Currently, the conventional portfolio paper-based is no longer able to keep pace with times. Therefore, some researchers suggest e-portfolios overcome this weakness. Previous studies have attempted to create a model of ideal e-portfolios. This includes Shopping Trolley Model, Toast Rack Model, Spinal Column Model, Mixed Cake Model. However, most of the previous studies on e-portfolio are in the education domain. It is rare to find research on e-portfolio for managing certification of professional competence. This study focuses on literature review and previous works on definitions, model, type, and system of e-portfolios. The results of this research are expected to give a contribution on scientific, conceptual, as well as theoretical development in Information Systems. The results on cab are used in further research to define suitable e-portfolio in Indonesia, model, critical success factors and e-portfolio system for ICT professional certification in this country.

Betty Purwandari; Indra Budi; Dana Indra Sensuse; Puji Rahayu

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of developing a conceptual model in the development of models of E-portfolios for Professional Competency Certification in Indonesia. Stages in the development of conceptual model begin with a review of literature that aims to analyze and evaluate the facts of the previous studies. There are six concepts that will be discussed: (a) Certification of Competence Professional, (b) Factor E-portfolio, (c) the model ICCP E-portfolio, (d) Actor Network Theory, and (e) Recommender System. In the process of Professional Competence Certification in Indonesia, the portfolio is used as a document to evaluate the competence of the workforce, which still uses paper-based portfolios. The paper based portfolio is static and limited in sharing information with others in the management process, evaluation and updating the material is also difficult. It is expected that the conceptual model will contribute to the development of e-portfolio system to be applied in the Professional Competency Certification in Indonesia.
