The goal of proposed work was to propose an approach to optimize educational resources management. The proposal consists of the inclusion of a management information system within the dynamical use of these resources to generate information that support decision making. The utility of the proposal was determined through the design and implementation of a computer tool for the laboratories of the University of Cartagena in Colombia. The study showed that the proposed approach allowed saving costs with more effective resources maintenance, avoiding shortages and bottlenecks on the resources dynamic of use and supporting the decision making. It is concluded that educational resources management can be optimize by implementing a management information system as the one proposed in this work.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the innovative culture and the commercialization of technology in the prefabricated systems of the construction sector. This allows the strengthening of the innovative culture and promotes the commercialization of this new construction system, to generate competitive advantages in the market and achieve the objectives and goals of the organizations. The research was quantitative with non-experimental cross-sectional descriptive design, where a data collection instrument was designed with 54 items focused on the variables studied and the Pearson coefficient was used to determine the relationship between them. The results show a coefficient of 0.563 with a significance of 0.000, indicative of a positive, moderate and statistically significant relationship between the innovative culture and the commercialization of technology. The objective of this research was to determinate the nutritional composition of the arepa with egg. For this purpose, corn arepas were made in a concave form. Then, arepas were fried at atmospheric and vacuum pressure at a fixed temperature of 170°C and 180°C for 300s and 400s, respectively. Proximal analysis, minerals and vitamins were also performed and finally the nutrition label of the arepa was designed. Arepas with lower fat content were obtained during vacuum frying and the mineral content was not affected by the type of frying. The calorie intake is approximately 560 calories, with 66% calories from fat.

The objective of the research was to analyze the financial strategies that have been developed in solidarity economy companies in Colombia. This consisted in the diagnosis of the state of the companies in the solidarity field and to verify the viability of the strategies applied in the financial area. As a population, 92 workers were taken from companies in La Guajira, to whom the questionnaire instrument was applied, which was subjected to validity and reliability tests by expert judgment and Cronbachs Alpha coefficient, respectively. The results obtained reflect weaknesses in the strategic planning and management process in favor of financial improvement of the study companies. The objective of the present research was to analyze educational management and pedagogical processes in the Secondary Basic Institutions of the municipality of Riohacha, Colombia, all of them of a public caracter. The methodology used responds to the type of Correlational Descriptive Research, within the framework of a non-experimental, transversal and field design. As a result, it was obtained that there was a consistently weak positive correlation between the variables of educational management and pedagogical processes in the educational institutions studied. It was concluded, among other aspects, that the relevant Management Model for these institutions is the Strategic one; finally, it is recommended to promote advising to the directors and teaching staff regarding the educational management process based on the types and models, directive, Academic-Pedagogical and Administrative-Financial that these institutions carry out. espanolEl objetivo principal de este trabajo consiste en proponer un modelo de seguridad, bajo el marco de trabajo Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), que facilite el proceso de creacion, registro y mantenimiento de Politicas de Seguridad Informatica (PSI) a nivel logico. EnglishThe main objective of this paper is to propose a security model, under the framework of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), which facilitates the process of creation, registration and maintenance of Information Technology Security Policies to logical level. As a study case, the networks laboratory of the University of Cartagena in Colombia was considered. For the creation of this model the development phases to physical and logical level were taken into account, giving as a result the proposed model. That is a software support tool that allows organizations identifying risk status to potential threats that may affect the integrity of their information. It is concluded that the application of the model guides organizations in defining the measures that must be taken to reduce risks, guarantying higher stability.

The purpose of the research was to describe the Ecological Marketing applied by the companies that develop coal mining in La Guajira, Venezuela. The type of research was quantitative with non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional design, taking as a population 22 supervisors of the coal company Carbones del Guasare of La Guajira, Venezuela, and the sample consisted of 21 production supervisors. To collect the data, a questionnaire consisting of 51 items was used, on a Likert scale with several response alternatives: always, almost always, sometimes, almost never and never. The results of the research indicated that the ecological marketing applied by this company is good and should continue implementing actions that help to maximize the strategies focused on this field, in order to promote the coal-producing company as friendly to the environment.

The objective of this research was to quantify oxytetracycline residues in 60 muscle samples of bovines from a municipal benefit plant in Arjona-Bolívar (Colombia), differentiating samples between males and females. The samples were labeled and transported to the laboratory for analysis. The detection of oxytetracycline was performed using high efficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC). The Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) of Colombia (MRL> 200 μg / Kg) was used. It was found that only 10 samples exceeded the MRL and these samples that exceeded the MRL all came from females. There was a statistically significant difference (p <0.05) between males and females.

The objective of this research was to examine the social vision in the centers of integral physical rehabilitation (CIPR), theoretically supported for the variable social vision by Medina (2009), and Serna (2010). The type of research was descriptive, documentary, with a non-experimental, field, transectional design. The techniques of analysis were made from tabulation and inferential statistics using the ANOVA technique and Post HocTuckey Test. The results showed that in social programs, Social Responsibility and Service, are important elements to consider as part of attention to the development and selection of social programs.
