Responsabilidade social da educação superior: mapeamento e tendências temáticas da produção científica brasileira (1990-2011)

Este articulo analiza la produccion cientifica sobre la responsabilidad social de la educacion superior (RSES), con base en tesis de doctorado y disertaciones de maestria defendidas en Brasil de 1990 a 2011. Metodologicamente, es un estudio bibliografico de tipo estado del arte. Tras la construccion de la linea del tiempo de la produccion cientifica, se mapearon las areas de conocimiento predominantes, las regiones geograficas de origen y la procedencia institucional. Se identificaron tres ejes tematicos: gestion universitaria, aspectos teorico-conceptuales y normativos, y formacion universitaria. En el ambito de los estudios producidos en maestrias academicas y doctorados, se constato que la tematica RSES es esencialmente multidisciplinar, que desafia, particularmente, a los programas de posgrado en administracion y en educacion, con destaque para estudios sobre la gestion universitaria, objetivando no solo el buen desempeno en el mercado educativo, sino tambien la formacion para el desarrollo humano.This article analyzes the scientific production regarding the social responsibility of higher education (RSES) from doctoral theses and dissertations defended in Brazil, from 1990 to 2011. Methodologically, it is a state-of-the-art bibliographic study. After the construction of the timeline of the scientific production, the prevalent areas of knowledge were identified, the geographic regions of origin and the institutional origin. Three topics were identified: university management, theoreticalconceptual aspects and normative and higher education. Among the studies produced in academic master’s and doctoral degrees, it was found that the theme RSES is essentially multidisciplinary, challenging mostly the post graduate programs in management and in education, especially studies about university management, aiming not only at good performance in the educational market, but also the training for human development.

Uma proposta metodológica para a leitura de textos em avaliação educacional

This paper is the result of research that aims to identify models and rules adopted for building knowledge, the issues regarded as legitimate, the basics principles not problematized and those on which consensus is required, in texts considered paradigmatic for the camp of educational evaluation in Brazil, that were published in the collection of 1982, which points to educational programas directions. It was used as the methodological procedures political epistemology formulated by Rothen (2004). From the analysis carried out it is possible to observe that the definition of what can be evaluation is the key point for understanding the issues related to their scope, their methods or even their limitations. The main problems cited by the authors focus necessarily on methodological issues, that cover on the moments in which consensus is sought. Key-words: educational evaluation, paradigmatic texts, political epistemology.

Avaliação na Educação Basica: Mapeamento da produção cientifica disseminada na Revista Ensaio: Avaliação e Politicas Públicas em Educação (1999-2008)

This article objectifies to map the scientific production widespread in Ensaio Journal: Evaluation and Public Politics in Education surrounding the issue of Evaluation in the Primary Education from 1999 to 2008. The predominant thematic axes were identified; the institutional origin of the articles; the authors who have published most in the magazine; the principal bibliographic references, and the articles that emerged from dissertations or thesis. It was verified in the Ensaio Journal the predominance of the procedures for educational evaluations and also the evaluation of educational programs and educative projects. It was also observed the existence of a research group that has a relevant production outside the circuit of the southeast region, in the northeast, at the Federal University of Ceara. A particular characteristic of the magazine studied was identified: their concern with the operation of public policies, in regard to its improvement, distancing itself from questions of political-ideological aspect.
