Repensando o ser enfermeiro docente na perspectiva do pensamento complexo

Qualitative study with characteristics of research and action. The purpose was to consider the nurse teacher in the perspective of the complex thought. From this purpose, in May of 2009, a commission responsible for developing discussions about methodologies of teaching and learning was constituted. A project with sequential stages of intervention was elaborated. About 380 nursing students and 30 nursing teachers from Centro Universitário Franciscano participated of the study. The thematic analysis of the information, obtained through meetings, made it possible to delimit the category: necessity of developing leadership and didactic abilities to higher education. The teaching in higher education does not constitute a process directed to the teacher. Rather than this, requires the active and effective involvement of the student, as author and protagonist of their history.Estudo qualitativo com caracteristicas de pesquisa-acao. Objetivou-se, repensar o ser enfermeiro docente na perspectiva do pensamento complexo. Com a formacao de uma comissao, em maio de 2009, responsavel pelo desencadeamento das discussoes acerca metodologias de ensino-aprendizagem, foi elaborado um projeto, com etapas sequenciais de intervencao. Participaram do estudo, aproximadamente 380 discentes e 30 docentes do curso de enfermagem do Centro Universitario Franciscano. A analise tematica das informacoes, obtidas por meio de encontros coletivos, possibilitou delimitar a categoria: Necessitando desenvolver a lideranca e a habilidade didatica para o ensino superior. A docencia no ensino superior, nao constitui um processo centrado na pessoa do professor, mas requer o envolvimento ativo e efetivo do estudante, como autor e protagonistas de sua propria historia.

(Re)organização das famílias de idosos com Alzheimer: percepção de docentes à luz da complexidade

Objective: To learn the perception of health professors who integrate a university project to support family/caregivers of elderly people with Alzheimer disease about the family (re)organization based on its complexity. Methods: Descriptive and exploratory study with qualitative approach made with health professionals who participate in a support group developed in a university institution in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Data was collected between July and August of 2013, through focus group technique and submitted to strategic focus analysis. Results: Three categories were identified: Alzheimer singular and multidimensional process; Factors that weaken the family (re)organization; Strategies that strengthen family (re)organization. Conclusion: The professionals recognize that the family (re)organization is a complex, gradual and singular process, understood as long as the alterations generated by the disease appear.Objetivo: Conocer la percepcion de los docentes del area de la salud que integran un proyecto universitario de apoyo a familiares/cuidadores de ancianos con la enfermedad de Alzheimer acerca de la (re)organizacion familiar a la luz de la complejidad. Metodos: Se trata de una investigacion descriptiva, exploratoria, de abordaje cualitativo, realizada con docentes participantes de un grupo de apoyo desarrollado en una institucion universitaria de la region central de Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Los datos fueron colectados entre julio y agosto de 2013, por medio de la tecnica de Grupo Focal, y sometidos al Analisis Focal Estrategico. Resultados: Emergieron tres categorias: “Alzheimer: proceso singular y multidimensional”; “Factores que debilitan la (re)organizacion familiar”; “Estrategias que potencializan la (re)organizacion familiar”. Conclusion: Los profesionales reconocen que la (re)organizacion de la familia es un proceso complejo, gradual y singular, comprendido a la medida que surgen las alteraciones generadas por la enfermedad.

Mudanças no comportamento e desenvolvimento do escolar a partir do cuidado à família

Objetivou-se descrever as contribuicoes da enfermagem nas relacoes familiares de escolares que apresentam alteracoes no comportamento e no rendimento escolar. Pesquisa-acao, fundamentada no metodo da problematizacao, em que se fez uso do Metodo do Arco, implementado em cinco etapas: observacao da realidade, pontos-chave, teorizacao, hipoteses de solucao e aplicacao a realidade. Foi realizada em uma escola municipal localizada na regiao oeste da cidade de Santa Maria-RS. Participaram da amostra 25 familias de escolares, no periodo de marco a maio de 2012. Verificou-se que o sonho de ter a familia ideal existe, porem a realidade vivenciada ainda e permeada por inumeras dificuldades e requer modificacoes. Cuidar das relacoes da familia mostra-se como uma possibilidade da sociedade desenvolver-se mais dignamente, considerando a potente influencia que essa exerce no desenvolvimento e na formacao do carater das pessoas.

(Geronto)tecnología cuidadora-educacional compleja para personas ancianas/familias con la enfermedad de Alzheimer

Objetivo: Descrever as contribuicoes do Grupo de Assistencia Multidisciplinar Integrada aos Cuidadores de Pessoas com a Doenca de Alzheimer como (geronto)tecnologia cuidativo-educacional no contexto da doenca de Alzheimer em pessoas idosas, na perspectiva de familiares/cuidadores. Metodo: Pesquisa exploratorio-descritiva, qualitativa, realizada com 13 familiares/cuidadores de pessoas idosas, participantes do grupo de apoio de uma instituicao universitaria do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Os dados coletados entre janeiro a abril/2016, com uma entrevista semiestruturada, foram submetidos a analise textual discursiva. Resultados: Os familiares/cuidadores referiram como contribuicoes do Grupo a educacao e o cuidado; a educacao para o cuidado e para o futuro; a troca, socializacao e construcao do conhecimento por meio dos diversos saberes existentes no Grupo. Conclusao: O Grupo contribui como (geronto)tecnologia de cuidado e educacao para o cuidado; nele, sao construidos conhecimentos que, aplicados na pratica, auxiliam nas desordens vivenciadas, melhorando o cuidado a pessoa idosa com doenca de Alzheimer.Objective To describe the contributions of the Integrated Multidisciplinary Care Group for Caregivers of Individuals with Alzheimers Disease as an educational and care (geron)technology in the context of Alzheimers disease in elderly individuals from the perspective of family members/caregivers. Vivências de mães sobre a hospitalização do filho prematuro

Aim: to describe the experience of mothers in relation to the admission of premature infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Method: qualitative research developed with nine mothers whose children were admitted to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Data collection occurred during the months of September and October 2008 through semi-structured interviews with open questions. The data were subjected to thematic analysis. Results: with data analysis emerged the following categories: Caring of infant: staying with her mother; and Caring of infant: challenges faced by mothers during hospitalization. Conclusions: provide the link through attachment, the care provided by the mother, feeding, affection, lap, hug, among others, is essential at this stage of the family life. The nursing can help in promotion of health and quality of life for premature infants and families through strategies that include them in care.
