Papel dos profissionais de saúde na política de humanização hospitalar

ABSTRACT. The interest on this theme emerged from a reflection on the role of health professionals in relation to the attendance carried out in hospitals. Thus, the aim is to transmit other pieces of information to these professionals, regarding health concerns, in a simpler and humanized way, thereby, leading to an atmosphere of well-being to the whole group or working team. Government adopts legal and ethics policies in relation to the heath in the country, holding a fundamental role in the humanization process. When aiming at improving the quality of hospital service, it was noticed that such activities require time and understanding on part of: professionals, government and also on part of all the people involved in the health system. Thus, the psychologist appears, with the purpose of rescuing the human being, beyond their physic-biological dimension, placing them into a bigger context of senses and meanings regarding their psychic and social dimensions. A reorientação do ensino e da prática em enfermagem: implantação do Pró-Saúde em Mossoró, Brasil

A Faculdade de Enfermagem da Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte, atraves do Programa Nacional de Reorientacao da Formacao Profissional em Saude (Pro-Saude) visa articular ensino/servico contribuindo na reflexao da formacao em enfermagem em Mossoro, Rio Grande do Norte. Esta pesquisa objetivou conhecer a implantacao e insercao do Pro-Saude nas Unidades Basicas de Saude do municipio de Mossoro, para entender como os enfermeiros se posicionam diante da articulacao ensino/servico. Foram realizadas entrevistas com seis profissionais que atuam nas Unidades de Saude parceiras neste projeto. Os resultados demonstraram que estes trabalhadores detinham poucos conhecimentos acerca do Pro-Saude. Essa falta de conhecimento, associada as dificuldades na integracao ensino/servico, nao contribuia para a reflexao e reorientacao das praticas de enfermagem. Portanto, e necessario repensar saberes e praticas, pactuando mudancas que contribuam com uma formacao em saude que estabeleca um cuidado de qualidade, baseado nos principios estabelecidos pelo Sistema Unico de Saude.The Nursing School of Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte through the Programa Nacional de Reorientação da Formação Profissional em Saúde (Pro-Health) seeks to articulate teaching and service, contributing to the development of the concept of nursing education in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. This research aims to investigate the implementation of Pro Health in the Basic Units of Health in Mossoró understanding the position of nursing workers in the teaching-service articulation. Interviews were conducted with six nurses who work in health clinics that coolaborated to this project. The results demonstrated that these workers lacked knowledge about the Pro-Health. This lack of knowledge associated with difficulties in integrating teaching and service did not contribute to the reflection about and reorientation of nursing practice. It is necessary to rethink the knowledge and nursing practices for a gradual change, contributing to improve health care quality, based on the norms established by the Unified Health System in Brazil.

A maternidade prematura: o suporte emocional através da fé e religiosidade

This article aimed to develop reflection about the spirituality and religiosity use by mothers, users of Kangaroo Method in a Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde) maternity in Rio Grande do Norte State. The approach used was the qualitative research, using participant observation, informal chats, semi directed interviews, and mothers’ life story as procedure to data collection. Data were collected through meetings in Mothers in prayer (Mães em Oração), group developed by nursing team in this maternity. As the result, the analysis showed that the spiritual practice and the religiosity were used as a support in difficult situations at Neonatal Intensive Therapy Unit, as well as allowed the possibility to speak about spirituality in this maternity. This practice, even unconnected with everyday health care, contributes to humanize health care assistance, tightening the bond among mother, child, family and multidisciplinary team as well.

Analysis of Service-learning activities adopted in health courses of Federal University of Bahia

is study aimed to raise and discuss the data about the integration of health courses teaching and service activities o ered at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), pre- senting scenarios practices and major di culties existing in the relationship between the university and the services of health. is was a qualitative study of descriptive explo- ratory character, using a questionnaire as a research tool applied to the coordinators of selected health courses. e selection was by reading the political pedagogical project, the following courses were selected: nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, medicine, nu- trition, dentistry and public health. e results indicated eight types of teaching-service integration activities, 57 scenarios of practice and the main di culties. A seleção foi mediante a leitura do projeto político pedagógico, sendo selecionados os seguintes cursos: enfermagem, sioterapia, fonoaudiologia, medicina, nutrição, odontologia e saúde coletiva. Concluiu-se que esses cursos estão aderindo às mudanças na formação acadêmica em saúde, tendo em vista o grande número de unidades básicas de saúde que integram o processo de ensino serviço. Dessa forma, ressalta-se que a UFBA contempla atividades na área de saúde que viabilizam a integração-ensino no processo de formação superior, embora existam algumas di culdades nesta relação apontadas pelos coordenadores.

A trajetória da criação dos Bacharelados Interdisciplinares na Universidade Federal da Bahia

A presente pesquisa tem como proposta investigar as bases historicas da Universidade e analisar suas influencias para o surgimento dos cursos Bacharelados Interdisciplinares na Universidade Federal da Bahia. Foi realizada uma revisao de literatura com o objetivo de compreender com maior clareza as novas contingencias politicas, sociais e educacionais brasileiras que demandaram uma reformulacao na arquitetura curricular e pedagogica, adequando-as a realidade do ensino superior no seculo XXI. A criacao dos Bacharelados Interdisciplinares, pautada no sistema de ciclos, almeja responder as atuais demandas contemporâneas que necessitam, cada vez mais, de uma integracao entre as varias areas do conhecimento. Neste sentido, este estudo aponta para a necessidade de construcao de uma nova Universidade, atraves da restruturacao dos curriculos universitarios e do processo de autonomia do graduando em seu percurso formativo, fundamentado na epistemologia interdisciplinar com pilares coerentes com as novas demandas da atualidade.

Conhecimentos e expectativas de adolescentes nuligestas acerca do parto

This study aimed to clarify the nulliparous teenager’s knowledge about the work labor and the birth. It was realized a qualitative research with twelve teenagers, between 12 and 16 years old, who lived around a Health Unit in Mossoro-RN. The results showed that the teenagers have lack of knowledge about the work labor, and the information was permeated by myths and it shows an unarticulated concepts that can transform existing knowledge. Therefore, it is highlighted the need of connecting the teenagers with the sexuality issue, particularly with work labor and pregnancy. It is necessary to allow the teenagers to analyze and decide about the best way to have babies, identifying possibilities to a humanized and healthier work labor. Thus, it is imperative that the health workers, specially the nurses, should develop socioeducated activities introducing the knowledge about the work labor linked with school and family. This can develop the empowerment process into teenagers about the best work labor type, contributing to eliminate the stigmas about the sexuality and work labor in the society.

O cotidiano institucional do Método Mãe Canguru na perspectiva dos profissionais de saúde

the Kangaroo Mother Care is a humanization health care politic. this study analyzed the institutional dynamic that permeate the Kangaroo Mother Care in the health worker’s point of view, through an Institutional Ethnography perspective. the research showed that although some professionals are committed with their work, the mainly does not consider the active mother’s role in this kind of intervention, using the institutional power as social control method to keep mothers uninformed about the possibility to leave the hospital. It is highlighted that to contribute to the success of this program it is necessary to attempt the complex social economic and emotional situation of health workers and the structural limitations of the public health system as well.

Práticas colaborativas nas urgências em Saúde: a interprofissionalidade do Programa PermanecerSUS, Secretaria Estadual de Saúde da Bahia, Brasil

Este artigo apresenta e discute o Programa PermanecerSUS como uma proposta de educacao interprofissional (EIP) a formacao em Saude. Possui abordagem qualitativa, sob a perspectiva da Etnografia Institucional (EI). A discussao se respalda no conteudo registrado no diario de campo construido pelo pesquisador-etnografo durante a observacao participante em duas unidades de urgencia hospitalar, na cidade de Salvador, Bahia, Brasil. Os resultados sugerem que o programa desenvolve competencias como o trabalho em equipe, a intercomunicacao e a solucao de problemas em conjunto entre os estudantes; e proporciona integracao educacao e trabalho. Entretanto, os desafios do PermanecerSUS estao pautados em proporcionar melhorias na relacao comunicacional entre os estagiarios e profissionais do servico e investir na formacao dos preceptores do estagio, com perspectivas de mudancas das praticas e impactos a qualidade da assistencia nos servicos de saude.
