In this work is described the potential range of applications of ultrasonic technologies in conditions of small-scale enterprises and the problems which limit such applications caused by the absence of low-cost compact multipurpose ultrasonic technological devices. The problems arising during compact ultrasonic device development are considered, and possible solutions given. The engineering solutions applied during the design of an oscillation system and electronic generator, in order to increase efficiency, reduce dimensions and weight, simplify operation and expand the application range are described. In conclusion, the performance attributes and photos of compact multipurpose ultrasonic technological device pre-production models are presented.

In article results calculation of energy the ultrasonic vibrations disseminated in a welding zone of thermoplastic materials in view of reflecting and passing properties of borders welded materials, support and the working tool of oscillatory system are presented. Dependence of time necessary for bonding of materials, in view of properties, thickness, amplitude, frequency of ultrasonic welding is certain. The found criterion definition quantity of energy injected in a welding zone and time of ultrasonic influence is recommended to be used for management of ultrasonic welding process and for formation of qualitative welded connection thermoplastic materials.

To perform an effective function of an ultrasonic device for intensification of different technological processes a generator should have a system for an automatic frequency searching and tuning in terms of changes of the oscillation system resonance frequency. This article presents a system of phase-locked-loop frequency control (PLLFC) of ultrasonic generators with automatic resonance frequency searching in the given band of frequencies.

Ultrasonic welding is the most perspective method of obtaining of qualitative welded connection of thermoplastic polymer materials. In the article the results of investigations on the development of specialized ultrasonic vibrating systems for ultrasonic circular welding are presented. The designed ultarsonic vibrating systems are recommended to apply for ultrasonic welding of the goods made of thermo-plastic materials, where it is necessary to obtain the tight connection of the circular seam.

The article presents the results of development of new type of unit-dose pack with special guide ways providing even laying of the spreads. The technology is based on ultrasonic welding. As a result of experimental studies we chose polymer materials for the production of soft unit-dose packs, proposed the method of process automation of its production and designed the construction of automated ultrasonic welding line.

In this paper, a device for ultrasonic impregnation of epoxy connected glass fibers, in a polymeric composite workpiece manufacturing process, is described. The generated device ensures an increase of efficiency of the ultrasonic effect on the epoxy connecting material and the fiber glass filler, as contrasted with known devices used previously.

The glass-fiber stick executes the function of bearing element for fiber-optics cable. In thc process of manufacturing glass-fiber stick during the polymerization on it the surfaces will be appeared drop-shaped growths, and the profile sectional view of the stick can acccpt the ellipsoidal form. In this article the way of detection and deleting of such growths with the help of mechanical oscillations ultrasonic frequcncy of high intensity is offered.

I Abstract. Approach of collection, processing and storagc of prcparations of blood is connected to necessity of rcliablc capsulation of plastic containers. For solution of this task are developed specialized ultrasonic wcldcrs, cnsuring cxccllcncc of a seam of width more than 6 mm. Tcnipcrature of the ultrasonic soldering is less than melting temperature of a polymeric material. The siniultaneous capsulation of the container and deleted part of handsets happens.

The article presents the results of the studies aimed at the development of the apparatus for multi-spot ultrasonic welding of the articles made of thermoplastic materials, which is able to provide simultaneous formation of four non-detachable joints. The performance of four joints in the form of rivets allows considerably accelerating welding at the production and increasing quality of end item.
