Os objetivos sao: iden...The present qualitative and descriptive-exploratory study aims to focus on the meaning of work for 20 persons with stomas. Its objectives are: to identify the working situation of the people with stomas; and to analyze the works meanings in their lives. It used semi-structured interviews for data collection in a Rehabilitation Institute in Rio de Janeiro and Thematic Content Analysis for data analysis. The results evidenced that the subjects present dialectical feelings in relation to the work, considering that work activity is a source of life, ensures material subsistence and signifies social participation. However, they also consider the work as a source of suffering, as they link it to a feeling of exclusion and to social segregation. It is concluded that work, in spite of raising negative feelings, is felt by the majority as something positive and that, because of this, nurses and other professionals from the area of healthcare and similar areas must encourage and viabilize the reinsertion of the person with a stoma into the world of work.

Determinantes biopsicossociais do processo de inclusão laboral da pessoa estomizada

This study focused the social determinants of people with an ostomy that facilitate and / or hamper their work inclusion. The objectives were to identify and analyze the difficulties and facilities for people with an ostomy for work inclusion. Descriptive exploratory, qualitative research, carried out with 20 stomized through semi-structured interviews, using the Thematic Content Analysis. The results revealed that the main difficulties of ostomy to step into the working environment were the loss of sphincter control, social isolation and lack of opportunities suitable to your health condition new jobs. The main facilitators were the creation of adapted toilets and flexible schedules. We conclude that the biopsychosocial changes caused by the presence of the stoma may hinder inclusion in the work of ostomy patients, however, with social support can be created flexible terms that help them in their return to work activities.This study focused the social determinants of people with an ostomy that facilitate and / or hamper their work inclusion. CARE PLANNING FOR THE CLIENT BEARING INFECTION AT SURGERY SITE: GETTING READY FOR SELF-CARE

Objetivo: identificar a concepcao pedagogica presente nas praticas educativas do enfermeiro. Metodologia: o tipo de estudo e de natureza qualitativa, sendo classificada como pesquisa bibliografica. Resultados: emergiram duas categorias: 1) Concepcao tradicional X Concepcao problematizadora: dificuldade e resistencia da implementacao de uma concepcao critica nas praticas educativas do enfermeiro; 2) Pedagogia problematizadora: experiencias de uma pratica transformadora. Conclusao: o estudo realizado nos mostrou, indiretamente, a existencia da concepcao pedagogica tradicional nas praticas educativas do enfermeiro e a dificuldade e resistencia para implementar uma pedagogia critica em suas acoes, porem, mesmo diante dessas barreiras, evidenciou-se uma mobilizacao de enfermeiros em varios campos de atuacao com movimentos, estrategias e iniciativas de mudancas para uma concepcao problematizadora.Trata-se de um estudo qualiquantitativo, descritivo, que teve como objetivo analisar os registros efetuados pelo tecnico de Enfermagem com relacao a descricao do paciente que chega na sala de emergencia. A amostra foi constituida de 171 prontuarios. Os dados foram colhidos em um municipio do sul do estado de Santa Catarina, no mes de agosto de 2008, referente aos prontuarios do mes de julho do mesmo ano. A apresentacao dos dados ocorreu a partir de planilhas excel, seguiu-se a analise tematica (1) . Os dados apontam para registros incompletos, com rasuras, que possibilitam dubia interpretacao, sem assinatura de quem o efetuou, caracterizando falhas graves dos registros de Enfermagem.

O cuidado de enfermagem em Estomaterapia e o uso das tecnologias

O objetivo deste estudo e discutir a aplicabilidade das tecnologias do cuidado em saude e enfermagem no contexto da assistencia em Estomaterapia. Trata-se de um estudo de revisao integrativa da literatura, realizada na Biblioteca Virtual em Saude, de janeiro a marco de 2015, que selecionou dez publicacoes, das quais tres abordam as tecnologias na assistencia em estomaterapia e as demais (sete) aludem as tecnologias do cuidado em saude e enfermagem de forma ampla, nao se evidenciando um foco de aplicacao. Essas publicacoes definem conceitos e explicitam os tipos de tecnologias mais utilizados. Assim, a discussao em torno das tecnologias de cuidado se faz relevante, pois a assistencia em Estomaterapia esta estreitamente vinculada a adequada utilizacao dessas tecnologias. Considera-se que o sucesso do cuidado em Estomaterapia advem da aplicacao harmonica das formas de tecnologias do cuidado, as quais se mostram essenciais para a plena recuperacao da clientela.
