Refletindo sobre o desafio da formação do profissional de saúde

This reflection searches to emphasize relevant aspects in nurse professional training in order to contribute to discussions emerging from legal proposals that challenge educational institutions to redirect and discuss conceptual references of their curricula, while spaces of knowledge construction and circulation that make possible the existence of a transversal knowledge. Constata-se que por meio da globalizacao e de uma proposta transversal e interdisciplinar e possivel transitar pela multiplicidade das areas do conhecimento, estabelecendo inumeras conexoes, que ensinem o profissional a pensar o conhecimento como forma de estar no pareo da concorrencia do mercado de trabalho.
