A topologia estrutural de Lacan

This paper seeks to build a presentation of Lacans use of topology, questioning its reasoning, function and relevance to psychoanalysis. To this purpose, it explores the notion of model, an important kind of abstraction in the structuralism context, as well as the opposition between homology and analogy, from which a crucial contribution from Lacan to the psychoanalytic theory will be elucidated, meaning the proposal of a new research method - the structural topology, whose ontological and methodological aspects will be discussed.

Abstract: This article investigates the consequences of the adoption of Koyré’s modern science conception, characterized by the mathematisation of the real, in the work of Lacan. One of them is the invention of structural topology, which has its roots in linguistic and mathematics, but reaches beyond their scientific domain. Therefore, the notions of structure, letter and real are appropriated and redefined by Lacan.

Cet article examine l’efficacite de la pensee formelle dans la psychanalyse de Lacan sous la forme de structures locales. Tout comme les structures du structuralisme ne se sont pas reduites a un systeme unique, les formalisations lacaniennes ne feront pas partie d’une structure plus vaste qui les organise. La creation des mathemes qui se referent a des structures locales permet la discussion des questions sur le diagnostic dans la clinique contemporaine comme l’universalisme des axiomes de la psychanalyse et le complexe d’Œdipe.

O corte interpretativo em psicanálise

This study proposes a theoretical base for the concept cut as a formal foundation of psychoanalytical interpretation. Through the topological aspects approach of the concept cut in Lacan, interpretation and psychoanalytical act will be united under the concept of interpretative cut. For this purpose, the unconscious will be considered superficial, allowing a discussion with the classic notions of Freudian psychoanalysis and its implications in the field of the psychoanalytical method, mainly in relation to interpretation.
