On the basis of the modern literature data we analyzed the influence of the level of salt concentration and ion composition in a fish habitat during the processes of reproduction. The results of studies of the mechanisms of the reaction of fish to gamete hypo- and hyperosmotic stimulus in the external aqueous environment, as well as the role of mineral and organic osmolytes in the adaptation of mature eggs of fishes in the external environment, depend on the hydrochemical and hydrological conditions of the spawning grounds. The paper provides information about the features of the endocrine regulation of oocyte maturation in fish spawning in different hydrological conditions and the importance of humoral factors in the pathological process of the maturation of fish oocytes. The main scientific and practical aspects of the formation of the phys mechanisms that regulate the water-salt balance is the early ontogeny of fishes are discussed.

Abstract Introduction: The presence of background HCV infection cannot be overestimated in view of the prevalence of chronic hepatitis C and the risk of adverse outcomes of this disease. Purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the combined use of antiviral therapy (Roferon + Vero-Ribavirin) and resort factors in patients with chronic hepatitis C in the phase of replication. Material and methods: We observed 48 patients with chronic hepatitis C; the minimum level of activity of the process defined the phase of replication. Markers of HCV infection were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (a-HCV and HCV-Ig M). HCV RNA was determined twice by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Genotyping of hepatitis C virus was performed. Biochemical blood analysis and the study of HCV infection markers were carried out four times. Results of therapy were assessed immediately after the end of the resort (spa) treatment, then at 3, 6 and 12 months after starting treatment. At 12 months after starting treatment, all the observed patients had persistent clinical and biochemical remission. Elimination of the virus from the blood was noted in 56% of the control group and 74% of patients in the study group. Conclusions: For patients with moderately active HCV, the replication phase was characterized by asthenic-vegetative syndrome (100% of patients) with severe depression (22.92%), pain (77.08%) and dyspeptic syndrome (33.33%), moderate hypertransferaseemia (100%), slightly pronounced cholestasis (33% of patients), and signs of mesenchymal- inflammatory response.

Introduction: Normally, thyroid hormones are important regulators of metabolic processes in mammals. Aim: To study the renal function of rats in a single dose of thyroxine, as well as analysis of remote renal effects of experimental hyperthyroidism. Materials and methods: The study used inbred male rats massing 200-250 g, the experimental hyperthyroidism caused a 10-day daily intragastric sodium salt of thyroxine, suspended in 1% of starch gel. Thyroxine produced by Berlin Chemie (Germany) was administered to 20 micrograms per 100 g of body mass. The function of the kidneys of rats were studied under conditions of induced diuresis induced by water stress, 24 h after the single purpose of thyroxine, 24 h after the completion of the 10-day administration of the hormone, as well as 14 days after completion of the 10-day administration of the hormone. A control group of animals using appropriate age and body mass euthyroid male rats treated with the gel containing no hormone. Results: Studies have shown that under conditions of water stress within 24 h after a single injection of thyroxine (Table 1) there is no significant variation in urine output, expressed in absolute values per 100 g of body mass of the animal, as well as the ratio of urine to the volume fluids (relative diuresis). Conclusions: It is shown that the duration of the appointment in rats’ thyroxine promotes the further strengthening potassuresis. The magnitude of the glomerular filtration rate is reduced, and the rates of sodium excreted by the kidneys are quite moderate. 1) Found that 14 days after cessation of thyroxine to rats is not observed significant variations in the values of glomerular filtration rate and potassium excretion by the kidneys, however, the rate of sodium excreted by the kidneys clearly exceed the benchmarks. 2) Found that a single injection of thyroxine to rats has no effect on the magnitude of diuresis, but induces a distinct increase in sodium excretion by the kidneys, stimulates potassuresis and lowers the glomerular filtration rate.

Introduction: Impairment disorders are often found in patients with stroke and impairment of motor and cognitive functions. This is a very serious complication because, by imposing a motor impairment, it aggravates the condition of disability and makes it difficult to conduct physical rehabilitation. The resulting neurological deficits due to stroke determine functional disorders. The possibility of locomotion is usually compromised, therefore the risk of falls increases significantly. The aim of the work is to present Postural Assesment Scale for Strock PASS with the postural stroke assessment scale, the impact of early rehabilitation of patients staying in the neurology ward. Material and methods: Postural examination was carried out among 17 people, of which 8 were women, and 9 were male. The study was divided into two stages. The first stage occurred immediately after the stroke and the second one before the patient was discharged from the ward. Research was carried out at the Biegański Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz in the Department of Neurology and Clinical Neuroimmunology and Impact Department. Conclusions: The results of the postural studies carried out in people with previous stroke subjected to early physiotherapy have a beneficial effect of the conducted therapy. There are positive changes between the first and the final examination of the patients. Słowa kluczowe: Udar mózgu, rehabilitacja, ocena posturalna, koncepcja Bobath,

Abstract We aim to analyze in bounds KJ Tracey’s immunological homunculus conception the relationships between parameters of electroencephalogram (EEG) and heart rate variability (HRV), on the one hand, and the parameters of bhite blood cell count, on the other hand. Methods In basal conditions in 23 men, patients with chronic pyelonephritis and cholecystitis in remission, recorded EEG (“NeuroCom Standard”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine) and HRV (“Cardiolab+VSR”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine). In portion of blood counted up white blood cell count. Results Revealed that canonical correlation between constellation EEG and HRV parameters form with blood level of leukocytes 0.92 (p<10-5), with relative content in white blood cell count stubnuclear neutrophiles 0.93 (p<10-5), segmentonucleary neutrophiles 0.89 (p<10-3), eosinophiles 0.87 (p=0.003), lymphocytes 0.77 (p<10-3) and with monocytes 0.75 (p=0.003). Conclusion Parameters of white blood cell count significantly modulated by electrical activity some structures of central and autonomic nervous systems.
