In order to explain the formation of the business to customer e-commerce market structure, we introduce two concepts—market trading volume and user penetration into the analytical framework for e-commerce market. Based on the modification of Barabasi–Albert (BA) model, a new model which is added with fitness parameters and more reasonable growth mechanism is proposed. The model reveals a “bubble-stable” evolutionary process which is correspondent with real e-commerce market from an initial network to a scale-free one. The simulation results show that the number of websites a buyer chooses could affect the evolutionary process of user penetration distribution, but almost not affect the stable trend of the market. In addition, the initial network scale almost does not affect the nature of network, but causes market fluctuation. The model also reveals that unfair competition among websites is the reason for the formation of structure. Hence, a new method which is calculating numbers of overlap users between each pair of websites is developed to measure the competitive strength. Then, three distinct components are found in the competitive network: a small nucleus, a secondary core and a huge bulk body.

To study the structure and evolution mechanism of B2B e-commerce network, the authors propose a network with several layers description of B2B e-commerce market. The empirical analysis from Alibaba.com shows that degree distribution of the network structure follows power-law. Based on modified BA Barabasi-Albert model, a new model is proposed, adding layers, fitness parameters, and more reasonable growth mechanism. The model reveals that, the structure of the network is stable, and the average path length and clustering coefficient are small. The authors also find that the impact of parameters is not decisive, and the emergence of scale-free nature depends on the mechanism itself.

E-government in China has entered the development stage of personalized services, and user segmentation has become an urgent demand. On the basis of systematic interpretation of e-government development stages, in this article, the authors introduce CRM and customer segmentation concept into e-government areas, construct e-government user segmentation model, and obtain user segmentation results by empirical analysis. Comparing with existing segmentation methods based on experience, because of the introduction of customer segmentation concept and K-means algorithm, e-government user segmentation model presented makes segmentation more scientific and reasonable and can adjust dynamically as the user needs change, continuously improving.

Using the theories and methods of ecology and system dynamics, we analyzed the evolution process of the Ecological Dissemination System of Internet Public Opinion, and then studied its evolution mechanism from the perspective of self-organization and hetero-organization deeply. It aims to help researchers to discover the source, development momentum, and also the entire evolution process of Internet public opinion event, and thus help the relevant government departments to find out more targeted coping strategies in the event of Internet public opinion.

The subjects and resources of Ecosystem of Cyber-society interact and influence with each other under the interaction between the internal and external driving forces, and thereby combine into a closer relationship. And the way of combination determines the high-speed and orderliness of the structure and function development of Ecosystem of Cyber-society to a certain extent. So based on the cross-disciplinary analysis and research, this paper uses the hyper cycle theory to analyze the formation and evolution process of the structure of Ecosystem of Cyber-society. The research shows that there are a variety of cycle patterns in Ecosystem of Cyber-society, and these cycle patterns keep pushing forward the development of Ecosystem of Cyber-society under the dynamic action of a number of driving forces.

In this paper, we incorporate carbon emission constraints into the price-dependent newsvendor models. In the two settings with carbon emission tax and cap-and-trade mechanism, respectively, we determine the newsvendors optimal order quantity and the optimal selling price simultaneously. We consider two different ways in which price affects the demand distribution, namely price only affects the location or scale of the demand distribution. The impact of carbon emission tax, carbon price and carbon emission quota on price and inventory decisions, carbon emission and profit are examined. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the analysis.

The integration and sharing of high quality teaching resources in universities is a complicated process, and it is by no means what a university can do, it particularly needs the local government departments attach great importance and guide actively. On the basis of analysis on the status and characteristics of teaching resources in universities and the problems they are facing, this paper analyzed the possibility of integration and sharing of high quality teaching resources in universities and the important role of the government in this process, and then provided some effective measures and suggestions to motivate all the universities to participate in effectively. It aims to provide a feasible approach to the integration and sharing of high quality teaching resource in universities.

Network public opinions reflecting the trend of public opinion directly can affect the harmony of the society. In this paper, it firstly has an analysis of the forces affecting the ecological system of the network public opinions. Then it uses the stock flow diagram to take a analysis of the relationships between the forces. What’s more, it has the simulation analysis of the case. Lastly, it presents the suggestions on how to control the spreading of network public opinions effectively.

In order to investigate the formation of e-commerce market network, this paper describes an analytical framework from a complex network point of view which contains three steps—definition of network, analysis of network topology and analysis of network environment. Then, an innovative model for explaining the evolutionary process is proposed, with several original factors—growth-factor, select-order-factor, preferential attachment mechanism and global-local-factor. Our research reveals that the attraction mechanism impacts evolutionary trend and network structure to some extent, and also reveals that the global-local-factor and select-order-factor impact the evolutionary structure of the network, the smaller the probability, the smaller the concentration of networks and the more obvious the randomness are. In order to analyze the impact of edge-increasing mechanism on network evolutionary trend, a contrast test is designed with two models. The test reveals that the edge-increasing mechanism makes the network become a small world with a lower average distance and a higher clustering coefficient, and makes it be like a scale-free network with a lower power-law exponent and a higher centralization.

The development level and quality of education depend on the merits and efficiency in the use of teaching resources, especially in the case of obvious contradiction between the demand and supply of teaching resources. So to integrate teaching resources, improve the efficiency in the use of high quality teaching resources, and take the road of content development to enhance the competitiveness of education in Beijing has become very important and urgent. On the basis of analysis on the teaching resources of Beijing universities and the problems they faced, this paper introduced the basic concepts of cloud storage, and built the integration architecture of high quality teaching resources in Beijing universities based on the cloud storage. It aims to open up a new route for the integration of high quality teaching resources for the universities in China.
