Warehouse Logistics Control and Management System Based on RFID

This paper introduces the hardware and software of the warehouse logistics control and management system based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), and explains the design scheme and implementation method of the system. The read/write operation is done using the electronic tag through a tag reader. The logistics control is implemented with PLC by communicating with SIEMENS WinCC configuration software and OPC technology. By accessing a SQL Server, functions such as automatic data storing, querying and deleting of goods and warehouse information are realized. Combining the former technique, the operations such as warehousing, warehouse delivery and goods moving are accomplished. This paper provides an application example of the integration of electronic tag technology and logistics control/management.

Design of wireless temperature and humidity data collection system based on MSP430 and CC2530

Through a combination of ZigBee technology and infrared remote control technology, air-condition controller can be built to realize functions like remote monitoring, remote control, and will be more intelligent. On the basis of ZigBee protocols development, the system uses low-power chip MSP430 and CC2530 RF chip, to control the air-condition, monitor and adjust the indoor temperature and humidity, and other functions. This paper introduces compiling of the protocols between the MSP430 and CC2530, and the process of data collection and uploading. Experimental tests show that the system can operate stably and reliably. There is no doubt that it will have a good application prospect.

Application of configuration software WinCC in logistics automatic control system

This paper presents the application of WinCC in Logistics Automatic Control System on the experiment facility of miniature warehouse. The information management system, the supervisory control system and the PLC execution part are developed. The communication between WinCC and PLC based on the PROFIBUS protocol is implemented. DDE Communication, VB as server and WinCC as client, is realized. The system combines information management and supervisory control together and works well. It would be applicable to industry after deeper study.

Design of warehouse information acquisition system based on RFID

This paper introduces the hardware and software of the warehouse information acquisition system based on RFID (radio frequency identification), and explains the design scheme and implementation method of the system. The system achieves the electronic tags identification, read and write operation through handheld RFID device which is composed by IP4 handheld reader and PDA (personal digital assistant) Intermec 700 mobile computer. The communication between handheld RFID device and PC is completed by handheld RFID device communication base and Microsoft ActiveSync software. By accessing a SQL Server, functions such as automatic data storing, querying and deleting of goods and warehouse information are realized. Combining the former technique, the operations such as warehousing, warehouse delivery, goods moving and inventorying are accomplished. This paper provides an application example of the integration of RFID technology, warehouse information acquisition and warehouse information management system.

Multitasking design of air-condition remote control system based on MSP430

The widespread use of ZigBee technology in the field of Smart Home makes all sorts of home appliances more intelligent. As a part of Smart Home, an air conditioning remote control system with low power consumption is introduced in this paper. The system utilizes microprocessor MSP430 as the core and ZigBee wireless communication module as intermediary to realize the remote network control of air-condition. On the basis of giving the whole system function, this article states the design method about how to deal with multiple tasks of the system in detail and further elaborates concrete realization processes of air conditioner initialization task, infrared emission task, the temperature setting task and time calibration task. Therefore, it provides a directive method for the design of air conditioning remote control system. Test results show that the system has the characteristics of unobstructed tasks running and low power consumption so that it promises a good application in the future.

Research on the low-power of air-conditioner remote control system terminal device based on Zigbee technology

In the field of intelligent home, when using Zigbee technology to network the management of air-conditioner control device, it is very necessary to reduce the power consumption of battery-powered devices in the network. Through the research of Battery-powered equipment composed by the CC2530 and MSP430, we provide a practical way to extend the working hours of the equipment, to reduce the power consumption and to save the overall cost of the system from both software and hardware devices optimized. Test results show that, after low-power processing the terminal equipment, the working time of the two batteries, whose capacity are 800mAh 1.5V, grow from 11 days to about 280 days.

The PV array maximum power point tracking in the shadow of conditions

The output of photovoltaic array has several corresponding local peaks of power-voltage curve with the existence of the shadow, In order to make the photovoltaic arrays continue to work in the maximum power point, need to create conditions for the model of the PV array, On the basis of the model, there are having some further detailed analysis and research about the characters of the local photovoltaic array under the shadow. A method was proposed which the maximum power point tracking of photovoltaic array, In order to achieve a novel method based on disturbance observed maximum power point tracking. This method is executed by DC-DC circuit which is controlled by the algorithm TMS320F28027 processor. To achieve maximum power photovoltaic (GMPP) output under complex conditions.

A design and optimization of IM system server

According to the IM systems functional requirements, completed the overall design of IM system server, which has good function of communication and plug-in management. Propose the user login server optimized design, build a complete user login process, and design custom protocol packet structure. As well as design and implement the optimization methods of login server by using software. Finally, verify the feasibility and reliability of the system in a lab network environment, so as to provide a stable system server when the number of users will growth continually in future.
