Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin Sosyo Ekonomik Beklentileri İle İş Tatmini Arasındaki İlişki

In this study, relationship between work satisfaction and socio-economic expectations of physical education teachers has been researched. In this study, Gallup work satisfaction survey and socio-economic expectations survey, which has been developed for this study. All data obtained in this study have been evaluated regarding to freguence suquers, t-test, corelation and regression analysis. Acording to the result of the researh, there is a significant positive corelation in the level of 0,01 between work satisfaction and socio-economic expectations (r:0,215**). Besides there is a significant diference between famale and male on the work satisfaction and socio-economic expectations , which meas work satisfaction and socio-economic expectations of female have been determined high regarding to male(P<0,05).
