“O Sistema Único de Saúde que dá certo”: ações de humanização no pré-natal

OBJECTIVE to know how the approach of public policy humanization prerequisites and health programs proposed by the Ministry of Health occur in the practice of prenatal of care usual risk. METHOD field study, exploratory descriptive qualitative approach. The survey was conducted from February to June 2014, with participant observation and semi-structured interviews in four family health units where five nurses and three doctors attended. Operative Proposal was chosen for data analysis. RESULTS the categories revealed in this study that promoted the humanization of prenatal care were: The approach and linking of pregnant woman and their family to family health units and Permanent education as a facilitator for humanization in prenatal care. CONCLUSIONS it is understood that to approach humanized attention, an enlarged look in face of womens singularities is required.

A vivência da amamentação na ótica de mulheres: contribuições para a enfermagem

Aim: to know the experience of women about breastfeeding. Method: qualitative descriptive research. The participants were eleven women, randomly invited from the users of a basic health center. The data collection was made through semistructured interviews and the analytical procedure was thematic analysis. The research followed the 196/96 resolution and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee under number 0165.0.243.000-11. Results: the categories that emerged Popular and scientific knowledge regarding breastfeeding of women who have experienced and Family influences in the construction of knowledge in breastfeeding process. Conclusion: the interviewed women believe in the protective effect of breastfeeding and that it should be exclusively offered until the child is six month old. Moreover, they feel influenced by cultural aspects, reporting the relevance of the opinion of family and health professionals

Cuidado pré-natal e cultura: uma interface na atuação da enfermagem

Objetivo: Conocer las practicas de atencion y los valores culturales de las enfermeras que asisten las embarazadas. Metodos: Etnoenfermeria realizada con cinco profesionales que trabajan en unidades de prenatal de bajo riesgo. La encuesta se realizo entre marzo y agosto de 2013, con observacion y entrevistas con cada informante, en cuatro unidades de salud de la red basica de una ciudad en Rio Grande do Sul. Los datos fueron analizados de acuerdo con la guia propuesta por Leininger. Resultados: La atencion de enfermeria ha transcendido las tecnicas y ha sufrido la influencia de los factores culturales en la percepcion individual de cada enfermera. Conclusion: Promover el cuidado permeado por la cultura se convierte en una interface necesaria en la enfermeria, ya que al reconocer el contexto sociocultural del embarazo es posible identificar los caminos que llevaran a cuidado culturalmente congruente.Objective: To know the care practices and cultural values from nurses when assisting pregnant women. Mitos e dúvidas de adolescentes acerca das modificaçoes corporais e suas implicaçoes na sexualidade

Doi: 10.5902/2179769210812 Aim: to know the myths and doubts of a group of teenage women in relation to body changes and their implications on sexuality. Method: descriptive field study, with a qualitative approach. The participants of the study were nine female teenagers. The data were collected in a public elementary school in a city of Rio Grande do Sul through the focal group technique, and analyzed according to the content analysis. Results: the most common female events in the group were related to menstruation, such as the premenstrual syndrome, menarche and virginity. It was considered that they are gifted with sociocultural meanings constructed in social conviviality of adolescents. Conclusion: the study enabled a better understanding of the influence of culture in the experience of sexuality, demonstrating the importance of seeking, along with teenagers, their understanding, their meanings, myths and doubts.

REFLETINDO ACERCA DO PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NA PREVENÇÃO DO CÂNCER DE COLO DE ÚTERO

Este trabalho objetiva apresentar um recorte de uma pesquisa acerca da producao bibliografica da enfermagembrasileira sobre o câncer de colo de utero. Trata-se de estudo bibliografico desenvolvido nas bases eletronicas dedados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciencias da Saude (LILACS) e Base de Dados de Enfermagem(BDENF), no mes de abril de 2010, utilizando-se as palavras-chave: enfermagem, câncer de colo, câncer de colo doutero e câncer do colo do utero. Foram encontrados 23 artigos de periodicos, os quais foram distribuidos em um quadrosinoptico para analise. Os resultados apontam para a importância do papel do enfermeiro na prevencao do câncer decolo uterino. A formacao academica e a constante atualizacao profissional sao fundamentais para a qualidade daatencao preventiva.

ATENÇÃO AO PRÉ-NATAL DE ENFERMAGEM: Conhecendo Políticas Públicas

A atuacao do profissional de enfermagem nos programas de pre-natal exige deste um preparo clinico e cientifico para que se obtenha de forma ampla a resolutividade da assistencia a gestante, familia, comunidade, conhecendo a situacao socio-economica e cultural as quais pertencem. Desta forma, buscamos conhecer novos olhares apoiados em politicas publicas por meio de uma pesquisa bibliografica nas bases de dados LILACS e BDENF. Os artigos selecionados foram submetidos a analise qualitativa e organizados em categorias. A partir de observacoes, consideramos que existe persistencia dos profissionais de enfermagem no sentido de que sejam implementadas atividades que visem a melhoria das acoes educativas no pre-natal e que o enfermeiro tenha seu papel reconhecido nesse contexto.
