Depression and suicide risk among nursing professionals: an integrative review

OBJECTIVE Discussing the factors associated with major depression and suicide risk among nursing professionals. METHOD An integrative review in PubMed/MEDLINE, LILACS, SciELO and BDENF databases, between 2003 and 2015. RESULTS 20 published articles were selected, mostly from between 2012 and 2014, with significant production in Brazil. Nursing professionals are vulnerable to depression when young, married, performing night work and having several jobs, and when they have a high level of education, low family income, work overload, high stress, insufficient autonomy and a sense of professional insecurity and conflict in the family and workrelationship. Suicide risk was correlated with the presence of symptoms of depression, high levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal accomplishment; characteristics of Burnout Syndrome. A Inclusão de Pessoas com Necessidades Especiais no Ensino Superior

trata-se de uma revisao integrativa que objetivou analisar a producao cientifica sobre a educacao inclusiva no ensino superior. Os dados foram coletados nas bases de dados Lilacs, Scielo, Cochrane, Medline e PubMed, entre os anos 2005 e 2014, utilizando-se os descritores controlados Special Education, Education Higher, Mainstreaming Education e Disabled Personse e os descritores nao controlados Educacao Especial, Educacao Superior, Inclusao Educacional e Pessoas com Deficiencia; Educacion Superior, Propension Educacion, Personas com Discapacidad. A amostra constituiu em 16 artigos. As publicacoes sobre a educacao inclusiva no ensino superior tem sido tenues, demonstrando que ainda ha muito a avancar nesse assunto. Conclui-se que o tema educacao inclusiva e mais estudado em relacao as criancas; as atencoes dos estudiosos em relacao a pessoas adultas com necessidades especiais envolvem mais a assistencia em saude e nao a educacao inclusiva no ensino superior.

Saberes docentes sobre el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y su importancia para la formación profesional en Salud

O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar os saberes docentes sobre processo ensino-aprendizagem em saude dos professores de uma universidade publica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de abordagem qualitativa, na qual os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevista com 11 professores, baseando-se no metodo da entrevista aberta ou em profundidade. Os resultados apontam carencia na formacao para o exercicio da atividade docente em saude, cujos saberes docentes especificos acarretam um processo de ensino-aprendizagem pautado no ensino tradicional. Ao mesmo tempo, indicam que, ao incorporarem novos saberes, elegem praticas inovadoras e facilitadoras em favorecimento do ensino-aprendizagem discente. Desse modo, destaca-se a necessidade de se ampliar a discussao acerca do tema, sobretudo no que se refere ao papel da gestao e a formacao didatico-pedagogica do corpo docente em saude, essencial para se alcancar a formacao preconizada pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais.
