The Vulnerability and the Compliance are concepts that have being focus of debate in the Collective Health field. The challenge of the Collective Health is to promote tech- nologies, and tools to support qualified actions, and to answer to the social groups´ needs, looking for the innovation of the in- struments to apprehend the reality and to develop interventions that could produce impacts: attending these social groups who needs support to conquer autonomy in the self-care. This article presents aspects of the analytic categories Compliance and Vulnerability, proposing indicators for monitoring it, in order to contribute to the development of the concepts as to the health production process.

The aim of this article is to analyze how knowledge about drug abuse and youth has been incorporated into the social practices of workshop participants to drive discussion and awareness, and how they have become tools for workers in social institutions over the past three years. Thirteen interviews were carried out based on a script with questions on: topics discussed and strategies used, contributions for personal and professional development, and problem situation analyses. The results show that the participants develop practices at work and in life that are characterized by their understanding of the intertwined network of causality in drug abuse, which involves reflections on drug commodification, problems arising from the criminalization and from the labor market. Contemporary values and difficulties both family and school have come up against in the socialization process of young people were also addressed. In this sense, care was seen in composing discourses that do not blame the users. Preference is given to an attitude of understanding and dialogue in the face of the problem situations posed. Although discourses oscillate, between the hegemonic and critical forms of capturing the problem, one can see that the more general understanding refers to the complex system of psychoactive drug production, consumption, and distribution and to the search for enhanced social solutions for the issue. The social practices that are developed, however, showed the absence of public policies to face the matter

Proposal to construct the operational base of the educative work process in collective health

This study aimed to construct the operational base of the educative work in health from a Marxist perspective. Reports of nursing experiences in the basic health services, published between 1988-2003, served as empirical base. The object was captured from: the participants; the action agents; the objective; health and education conceptions; and the generating necessity. The means/instruments were identified through: physical space; didactic resources; frequency of meetings; and the conception of health education. The type of evaluation; to whom it was directed; the goal to be reached and articulation between the theoretical and operational knowledge were identified in order to capture the purpose. The educative work in collective health can strengthen social groups when it becomes praxis that assumes the participant as a dialogical co-producer of the work in health.

The CIPESC® is a tool that informs the work of nurses in Public Health and assists in prioritizing their care in practice, management and research. It is also a powerful pedagogical instrument for the qualification of nurses within the Brazilian healthcare system. In the teaching of infectious diseases, using the CIPESC® assists in analyzing the interventions by encouraging clinical and epidemiological thinking regarding the health-illness process. With the purpose in mind of developing resources for teaching undergraduate nursing students and encouraging reflection regarding the process of nursing work, this article presents an experimental application of CIPESC®, using meningococcal meningitis as an example. The CIPESC® is a tool that informs the work of nurses in Public Health and assists in prioritizing their care in practice, management and research.

This paper is based on the assumption that the widening gap between manual labor and intellectual tasks tends to weaken the inherent potential of the labor force. Its purpose is to analyze current trends in the division of labor in the Brazilian nursing sector. This is exemplified by the findings of recent surveys conducted by graduate students who studied various aspects of the work processes involved in healthcare, education and research through a qualitative meta-analysis. The non-appropriation of the object by the work process agents was common to all three studies: the graduate students plan an approach to the object that is altered by the advisor in compliance with research interests; reports on educational experiments conducted by nurses highlight the gap between planning and implementation of the activities, hampering full exploration of the purpose of educational efforts; community health agents perform tasks assigned by the nursing staff. Dealing with this alienation is an urgent task, through training and upgrading the subjects so that they have full mastery of the object, the purpose and the work tools, able to share their expertise and work closely together with a critical approach in order to transform the epidemiological profiles of the various social classes.

OBJECTIVE to describe the experience of clinical teaching on dengue and the practice of epidemiological surveillance using problematization methodology. METHOD report of experience on educational activity with undergraduate nursing students, held in March 2016, at a public university in the city of São Paulo, conceived in four stages: dialogic lecture, active search of Aedes aegypti, case study and simulation of nursing consultation to individuals with dengue. RESULTS The activity allowed to retrieve previous knowledge about the disease, respond to exercises that addressed different clinical situations and epidemiological surveillance, including in situ evaluation of possible mosquito outbreaks, and discuss the need to expand prevention and health of the individual and the community, the impact of the media in the dissemination of cases and the coping difficulties experienced in the different levels of attention. CONCLUSION the methodology adopted enabled qualified training of students to cope with dengue.
