The objective is to present perspectives to nursing care, from the action meaning apprehension for women who report violence experience. Phenomenological research, in the light of Schutz.Scenary: Womens Police Station and Emergency Department of a district of Rio Grande do Sul. Participants: women from 18-59 years old that reported suffering from domestic violence. Project approved CEP (n.23081.015518/2009-66). Interviews were developed with thirteen women. It was learned that women signify an anonymous relationship with partner and seek for familiar relations to cope with violence. Anonymity happens by the decision of breaking habits, suffering and common history. Whether leading the complaint to the end, faith in justice and protect / create their (s) child (ren). Searching for familiarity points to nursing care needs based on womens social reality, in order to recognize health demands and break violence naturalization/acceptance.

Qualitative study grounded in phenomenology in order to highlight the historiography and historicity as an analytical possibilities of the interview based on the theoretical and methodological referential of Martin Heidegger. Scenario was to a hospital in Minas Gerais and as deponents ten women that denoted their understandings about the day to day after cardiac surgery through Phenomenological Interview. It was used the Heideggerian analytical hermeneutics. The results showed the construction of historiography and historicity in motion unveiling of being-there-woman-after-cardiac-surgery, allowing the researcher to understand a way that favors intersubjectivity. We consider the extension of this research to healthcare practice, which in this study turns to women’s health, since intersubjectivity may help guide health professionals to meet the Being, moving the ball ontic ontological to the rescue care-with each other from their multiple and unique needs.

Aim: to reveal the mans senses while developing self-care after mutilating surgery in genitourinary system and articulate thoughts with Orem’sTheory. Method: qualitative research, with phenomenological approach, based on the thought and method of Martin Heidegger. Thirteen men that performed surgical mutilating procedure of prostate, testicles or penis at a University Hospital of Zona da Mata of Minas Gerais participated in the study. The statements, accessed during June and August 2016, were analyzed in the light of the concepts proposed by Heidegger and Orems Theory. Results: they realized the need to care for themselves and assumed the responsibility of self-care. From comprehensive analysis, the Meaning Unit emerged: to understandxa0that care is necessary during treatment, as well as follow-up. Final thoughts: men acquire a selfcare routine, after facing the need for a mutilating surgery in the genitourinary system.

Objective: to understand the meaning of the nursing care provided to mothers of preterm newborns to maintain lactation from the perspective of nursing professionals working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Method: phenomenological study, based on Martin Heidegger’s theoretical referential. The interviews were conducted with 10 nursing professionals from April to August 2013, at a University Hospital in Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil. Results: The professionals announced the temporal reference in care, when they indicate that the perception of the breastfeeding importance comes from their experience as mothers (in the past) and as professionals (present), learning with colleagues, mothers and from scientific knowledge, modifying their vision about Breastfeeding of the newborn at risk, opening up to the possibilities for actions on the lactation maintenance (future). Conclusion: Understanding this temporal reference implies in recognizing the need for institutional spaces so that professionals can reflect and share their lived experiences (past), current experiences (present) to permanently build knowledge and incorporate them to their practice (future), qualifying the care provided to mothers in order to maintain lactation.
