A humanização na assistência à saúde

Esto estudio busca establecer una reflexion a cerca de la humanizacion en la atencion a la salud. Busco traer un rescate historico respecto al hombre, al humano y a la humanidad. Presenta el programa nacional de humanizacion en la atencion hospitalaria y hace reflexiones acerca de esa propuesta, asi como la cuestion de la humanizacion en la atencion a la salud en Brasil actualmente. La conclusion es que la comunicacion es indispensable para el establecimiento de la humanizacion. Significa dar lugar a las palabras tanto del usuario como del profesional de salud, construyendo una red de conversacion que piense y promueve acciones singulares de humanizacion. Para que ese proceso se efectua, es preciso involucrar el conjunto que construye el servicio de la salud, esto es compuesto por diferentes profesionales, tales como gerentes, creadores de las politicas publicas, consejos profesionales e instituciones formadoras.This study aims to reflect on humanization in health care, recovering the history of understanding about mankind, the human and humanity, until humanization in humanity and health. We discuss the national humanization program in hospital care and reflect on this proposal and on the issue of humanization in Brazilian health care nowadays. Communication is indispensable to establish humanization, as well as technical and material conditions. Both users and health professionals need to be heard, building a network of dialogues to think and promote singular humanization actions. For this process to take effect, there is a need to involve the whole that makes up the health service. Criança hospitalizada: mãe e enfermagem compartilhando o cuidado

This research aimed to verify at what moment, in what kinds of care and in what way mothers are included in care to the hospitalized child and to verify how care is negotiated between nursing team and mothers. The field research was carried out through participant observation of everyday care at a pediatric hospital unit, as well as interviews with mothers and the nursing team. The inclusion of the mother in care has taken place in a subtle way. The mother has taken on procedures that had been part of nursing competence before, concentrating information on the therapeutic process. The lack of a collective therapeutic project from the perspective of family-centered care is one of the obstacles to the involvement of mothers in care. Results demonstrate that the relation between mothers and the nursing team reveal to be complex and influenced by the exercise of power, which results in the need to construct shared care.Nesta pesquisa objetivou-se verificar em que momento, em quais cuidados e de que forma as maes sao incluidas na assistencia a crianca hospitalizada e verificar como acontece a negociacao dos cuidados entre a equipe de enfermagem e maes. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada por meio da observacao participante do cotidiano da assistencia, em uma unidade pediatrica hospitalar e entrevistas com maes e equipe de enfermagem. A inclusao da mae nos cuidados do filho tem acontecido de forma sutil. A mae tem assumido procedimentos que eram de competencia da enfermagem, concentrando informacoes sobre o processo terapeutico. A falta de um projeto terapeutico coletivo sob a perspectiva do cuidado centrado na familia e um dos obices ao envolvimento da mae na assistencia. Os resultados demonstram que as relacoes entre maes e equipe de enfermagem mostram-se complexas e permeadas pelo exercicio do poder, sendo necessaria a busca da construcao do cuidado compartilhado.

PARTICIPAÇÃO E AUTONOMIA DA MÃE NO CUIDADO AO FILHO HOSPITALIZADO

This is a qualitative study whose purpose was to check with mothers the meaning and significance of remaining in the hospital and their participation and autonomy in the care of the hospitalized child. The field research was carried out through participant observation and through interviews with mothers. The inclusion of the mother in the care of the child has been taking place in a subtle way, and the mother has been taking on procedures which nurses were formerly in charge of, concentrating information about the therapeutic process. Nurses establish a hierarchical relation of domination-subordination with the mothers, who create some autonomy breaks in everyday situations. Questões metodológicas da pesquisa no campo da saúde

This work aims at presenting a reflection on the method of research in the health field. Some questions are presented which involve the use of the method of natural sciences and that of social sciences in an attempt at understanding some methodological problems concerning the former and the latter. Problems related to the methodological issues in the elaboration of investigation projects in this field and the need for continuous discussion are pointed out as to: the differentiation of the nature of the object of investigation; the context in which a determined problem is identified; the type of question which is asked when it is problematized; technical procedures, the theory and the interpretative scheme on which it is founded; the dichotomy concerning the subject/object of knowledge; the researchers neutrality; the concept of casualty.Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar reflexao sobre o metodo de pesquisa no campo da saude. Algumas questoes que envolvem o emprego do metodo das ciencias naturais e o metodo das ciencias sociais sao apresentadas, buscando compreender alguns problemas metodologicos de um e de outro. Relações de poderes (inter)profissionais e (inter)institucionais no hospital

The purpose of this article is to make a critical analysis about power relationships, which permeate daily professional and/or institutional actions in the hospital environment. This reflection is based on a concrete situation experienced by a group of nursing professors from a state university in Parana, which unleashed conflicts concerning interprofessional and interinstitutional power relationships. This study focuses on power relationships in the hospital emphasizing the interrelations that characterize nursing practice. We believe that these relationships can only be understood, reflected upon and rebuilt in the context of daily practice, as new ways of collective action are sought.
