Sistema Único de Saúde e a graduação em enfermagem no Paraná

Pesquisa objetivou analisar curriculos de escolas paranaenses de graduacao em enfermagem identificando se tem ocorrido a reorientacao da formacao para o Sistema Unico de Saude. Evidenciou-se que ha proposicao de formacao que supere o modelo hospitalocentrico, voltada aos aspectos preventivos e coletivos e demandas do mercado de trabalho. Constatou-se distribuicao equivalente da carga horaria das disciplinas biologicas e disciplinas que abordam tanto conteudos das ciencias biologicas quanto da saude coletiva. Destacou-se a reduzida carga horaria da saude coletiva aparecendo tardiamente; o estagio curricular supervisionado surge como momento que permite estreitar os conhecimentos aprendidos com situacoes reais da vida profissional. Conclui-se que ha sinalizacao para reorientacao da formacao, mas ainda e processo lento, em fase de construcao, exigindo problematizacao.

Pesquisa em enfermagem no Brasil: problematizando a produção de conhecimentos

This research analyses aspects from articles published over the last five years, in three nation-wide periodicals divulging the most part of Nursing knowledge produced; it identifies priviledged and silenced points, raising problems around the main issues in knowledge creation. We worked on 811 abstracts and their footnotes. Data were approached and organized in tables. Most researches are in the assistance area: themes around hospital subjects, such as child health, and some others not concerning the hospital field, such as womens health, HIV/AIDS, and Psychiatry and Mental Health Nursing; production is usually made by doctors and Postgraduate students, as public universities are the main locus for scientific production to receive financial support from Federal governmental organs.Esta pesquisa analisa aspectos de artigos publicados nos ultimos cinco anos, em tres periodicos de circulacao nacional divulgadores de grande parte da producao de conhecimentos na enfermagem; identifica focos privilegiados e silenciados, problematizando questoes centrais na producao de conhecimentos. Trabalhou-se com 811 resumos e suas respectivas notas de rodape. Os dados foram tratados e organizados em tabelas. Ha predominância de pesquisas voltadas para a area de assistencia; temas concentrados no espaco hospitalar como saude da crianca e outros no espaco nao hospitalar como saude da mulher, HIV/AIDS e enfermagem psiquiatrica e saude mental; a producao e desenvolvida geralmente por doutores e pos-graduandos, sendo as universidades publicas os principais locus de producao com apoio dos orgaos federais no financiamento das mesmas.

Revelando a participação dos (as) enfermeiros (as) na Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem: regional Cascavel

The objective of the present research is to identify the reasons for the scarce participation of nursing professionals in the Brazilian Association of Nursing (ABEn) and other professional associations. The data was collected from nurses in the city of Cascavel-Parana and was analysed according to qualitative and quantitative methods. Results show that a small number of professionals take part in the events promoted by ABEn-Cascavel and that there is little interest in joining any professional association. 36.6%, of nurses interviewed showed interest in becoming members of ABEn. Thus, for these professionals ABEn should define strategies of inclusion. A reading of the recent socialized scientific production of REBEn

The article results in a first approach to the state-of-the-art research in nursing in Brazil. It is part of a research that will analyze other two indexed periodicals. It is based on 250 summaries and footnotes of Revista Brasileira de Enfermagem REBEn (Brazilian Periodical of Nursing) in the last five years, beginning in 1997. The information was segmented and distributed into tables. Our tentative conclusion is that there was a predominance of research articles with certain homogeneity on the themes covered, a tendency toward collective production, predominance of the public universities in the production of knowledge, as well as public organs in the financing of the studies. In our evaluation, REBEn has become an important means of socialization of knowledge production in nursing.
