The goal consisted in analyzing the innovation management process and the technology transfer between Industry-University in the TTOs of the public universities in the state of Parana, Brazil. The research is of Practical Research nature. The approach is qualitative and as a technical procedure it was used the case study. The research analyzed the faced challenges, strategies and actions taken in the TTOs that got a better result in stage 1. It was possible to identify that the offices have highly capacitated in a level of excellency in different areas of graduation, however with difficulties to stablish an internal relationship between its members, professors and research groups from the university. They find it difficult external problems. The government, universities and institutions must create transfer mechanisms connected to the form of the technology demand, innovation and the enterprises characteristics.

As empresas precisam estar conscientes das verdades que rodeiam quando se trata de qualidade em servicos. Pois, em primeiro lugar, deve-se ter em mente, que a satisfacao do cliente nao deve ser tratada somente por um determinado setor especifico da empresa, mais sim, a busca da qualidade nos servicos, deve-se ter o envolvimento e a preocupacao de todos da empresa. Uma vez que, dentro da sua empresa deve-se deixar claro que “que os clientes nao depende da sua empresa, mas sim, e a sua empresa que depende dos clientes”. E por isso, deve ser responsabilidade de todos assegurarem satisfazer os seus clientes, e para este fim, aperfeicoamento a qualidade nos servicos prestados. O presente artigo foi desenvolvido com o intuito de identificar as principais caracteristicas com relacao a qualidade em servicos. A metodologia utilizada para realizacao do estudo academico foi bibliografico. Sendo que o objetivo principal deste artigo foi analisar os conceitos voltados a servicos, definindo sua importância no processo de satisfacao dos clientes, abordando as caracteristicas dos servicos, definicao de qualidade, qualidade dos servicos, os sete pecados de um prestador de servicos, marketing de servico ao cliente, e pesquisa do consumidor.

This article brings to discussion, reflections about the understanding of innovation management in companies of information and communication technology (ICT) which ones in Revista GEINTEC – ISSN: 2237-0722. São Cristóvão/SE – 2014. Vol. 4/n.5/ p.1310 -1323 1311 D.O.I.: 10.7198/S2237-0722201400050002 many approaches do not take into consideration the specific region and market where they operate, as well as the direct relationship with the processes of the innovation. The research was qualitative and by the point of view of its nature it is considered applied. Also is characterized as descriptive. The overall objective of the study was to analyze the process of innovation management in business and information technology (ICT) of informatics nucleus from Ilhéus, Bahia state. The work ends up pointing out that to face the market challenges, companies from informatic nucleus must innovate their processes continuously, by acquiring new organizational knowledge for an entrepreneurial and innovative approach with the market, maintenance and expansion of these actions are fundamental to the further strengthening of companies (TICs) in Bahia. Key-words: Innovation management, ict, innovation octagon, pole hardware.

Some innovative companies adopt Buzz Marketing strategy for brand valorization and market share growth: they plant ideas and concepts in Digital Social Networks (like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter), and, in a viral effect, users massively transform it in a gigantic campaign. At same time, what was originally planted is added with new ideas and opinions from Market – users, consumers, potential consumers, specialists, competitors and all kind of stakeholders. So, inside Buzz Marketing process arise real opportunities for Technological Innovation – and be capable to manage it requires a new understand about Technology Transfer: its possibilities under Web 2.0.
