Rancang Bangun Aplikasi CallTenant dengan Penyimpanan Basis Data untuk Form Dinamis menggunakan Framework Laravel

Aplikasi CallTenant adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang digunakan sebagai media penghubung bagi penyelenggara acara (Event) dan pemilik usaha (Tenant). Pada aplikasi CallTenant pihak Event dapat mempublikasikan Event-nya, dan juga membuat formulir pendaftaran sesuai kebutuhannya (form dinamis). Selain itu pihak Event juga dapat melihat laporan Tenant yang mendaftar pada Eventnya. Dengan adanya aplikasi CallTenant diharapkan dapat meningkatkan potensi bisnis atau kerja sama antara penyelenggara acara (Event) dengan pemilik usaha (Tenant). Salah satu fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi CallTenant adalah pembuatan form dinamis, dimana pihak Event dapat membuat formulir pendaftaran dengan dinamis dalam satu aplikasi tanpa membutuhkan aplikasi tambahan. Bagi pihak Tenant CallTenant menyediakan platform yang dapat mempermudah mereka dalam proses pendaftaran Event, termasuk di dalamnya proses pencarian, pengisian formulir dan juga pembayaran stand. Dalam proses pembuatan form dinamis dibutuhkan rancangan basis data yang sesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dari CallTenant.

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Angkutan Trans Sarbagita Provinsi Bali Berbasis Perangkat Bergerak

Trans Sarbagita merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah Bali dalam menyediakan fasilitas angkutan umum untuk mengurangi kemacetan. Trans Sarbagita adalah sebuah fasilitas BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) yang memiliki angkutan pengumpan tersendiri untuk mengangkut penumpang ke halte-halte bus terdekat. Trans Sarbagita sendiri sudah memiliki rencana rute untuk armada bus dan pengumpan mereka. Dari sebagian rute yang sudah beroperasi, informasi seputar rute, dan halte yang sudah beroperasi dirasa belum terpublikasi dengan baik sehingga dapat menjadi masalah bukan hanya untuk masyarakat Bali, tapi juga untuk para wisatawan yang ingin menggunakan fasilitas tersebut. Salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi yang berisikan informasi mengenai halte dan rute-rute yang dapat ditempuh untuk mencapai tujuan yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat bergerak. Aplikasi Trans Sarbagita dapat memberikan rute terpendek yang dapat dilalui trayek pengumpan berdasarkan lokasi awal dan tujuan pengguna yang dikalkulasikan dengan algoritma Dijkstra. Selain menampilkan rute terpendek, aplikasi ini juga dapat menampilkan rute trayek serta lokasi halte Trans Sarbagita yang sudah beroperasi. Hasil uji coba sistem sudah menunjukkan berjalannya sistem dengan baik sesuai dengan perancangan awal. Meskipun demikian pengembangan lebih lanjut masih dibutuhkan untuk mengimbangi berkembangnya teknologi, serta berubahnya kebutuhan pengguna yang dapat diaplikasikan pada aplikasi ini.

Potensi Seduhan Limbah Baglog Jamur Tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) dalam Menekan Populasi Radopholus similis dan Meloidogyne spp. pada Tanah Asal Perakaran Tanaman Lada (Piper nigrum L)

Betel nut ( Areca catechu ) was proven to have antihyperglycemic activity through increased PI3K pathway in the GLUT4 translocation in cells. However, research on the ethanol extract of betel nut in Indonesia is still limited. The main problem in this study was whether the ethanol extract of betel nut could improve glucose tolerance in a two-hour postprandial period and whether the ethanol extract of betel nut could induce GLUT4 translocation in skeletal muscle cells of mice induced hyperglycemia. Glucose tolerance test results showed that treatment of the ethanol extract of betel nut for 24 days with all doses tested: P50,100,150,200 and 250 mg/kg body weight could improve glucose tolerance in a two-hour postprandial period. The protein electrophoresis of that fasting and one hour postprandial state treatments resulted an increase in GLUT4/βActin density ratio of P250 group compared to negative and positive controls. In this case, GLUT4/βActin density ratio of P100,P200 and P250 were higher than that GLUT4/βActin density ratio of P50 and P150. Increased in GLUT4/βActin density ratio showed enhancement of the GLUT4 in skeletal muscle cells in fasting and one hour postprandial state after treated with ethanol extract of betel nut.Indonesia is one of the largest pepper producing countries in the world. One of the pepper-producing provinces in Indonesia is the Bangka Belitung Islands (Babel). However, the infection of Radopholus similis and Meloidogyne spp. which causes yellow disease becomes one of obstacles in pepper cultivation in Babel. Thus, alternative solution to overcome this yellow disease is by reducing the amount of nematode inoculum of R. similis and Meloidogyne spp. in soil. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the infusion of oyster mushrooms baglog waste enriched with molasses to control the population of R. similis and Meloidogyne spp. and to increase the population of rhizobacteria. Infusion of oyster mushrooms baglog waste was mixed with 1% of molasses and was poured into soil obtained from the pepper plant roots. The concentrations used were 10%, 20%, 30% and 50%. Population of phytonematode, rhizobacteria, proteolytic bacteria, and group of fluorescence bacteria were calculated before and 7 days after treatment. Results showed that the populations of R. similis and Meloidogyne spp. in the soil poured with the influsion of oyster mushroom baglog waste decreased by 29.11% ( R. similis ) and 24.61% ( Meloidogyne spp. ), compared to the before and control treatments. The suppression of nematode population was found to be the highest in the influsion treatment at concentration of 50%. Overall, treatment of all concentrations succeeded to increase the population of rhizobacteria, proteolytic bacteria, and group of fluorescence bacteria in soil. Moreover, the highest increase was found in soil treated with concentration of 50%. This study provided new information that the infusion application of oyster mushrooms baglog waste enriched with molasses had the potential to increase the population of rhizobacteria and suppress the amount of pathogens R. similis and Meloidogyne spp .

Seduhan Daun dan Buah Jarak Pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) untuk Mengendalikan Nematoda Perongga Akar Radopholus similis secara in vitro

Radopholus similis is a nematode that infects many plantation crops. Infected plant roots by nematodes will show necrosis symptoms, then rot due to infection of secondary pathogens. Control of R. similis that is effective, environmentally friendly, and easy to be performed by the farmers is the key to success in reducing losses by this nematode. Extract of physic nut has been recognized to be effective in controlling some important pests, but there is currently no reports of its effectiveness in controlling R. similis. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of leaves and fruit steeping of physic nut for in vitro control of R. similis. A total of 1:10 (w/v) leaves and fruit of physic nut were steepped, then filtered by a 500 mesh sieve. Steeping was then dripped into a suspension containing 40 R. similis. Twenty-four hours after treatment, the number of dead nematodes was observed. The leaves steeping of physic nut could kill up to 70% of R. similis. Mortality of R. similis treated with steeping of physic nut seeds reached 76.25%. Both steeping applications did not cause damage to the body of nematodes, thus it is presumably that the mortality was due to toxic compounds.

RESPONSE OF Andrographis paniculata ON PHOSPHATE AND ENDOPHYTIC BACTERIA CONSORTIA IN NUTRIENT SOLUTION MEDIA

Phosphate and endophytic bacteria are two necessary components in primary and secondary metabolic processes of king bitter (Andrographis paniculata). This research objectives to know the effect of P and endophytic bacteria consortia (EBC) to improve growth, yield and andrographolide content of A. paniculata. This experiment consisted of two stages: a) the response of A. paniculata to P concentrations in growth medium. The experiment was arranged in randomized block design with six treatments and four replications. The P concentrations were 0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 1.0, and 2.0 mM KH2PO4. b) The response of A. paniculata to P concentration and EBC in nutrient solution media. The trial used a factorial randomized block design, 4 treatments, factorial, with six replications. The first factors were P consentration P; deficient P (0,1 mM KH2PO4), and P sufficient (1,0 mM KH2PO4). The second factors were EBC; without and with EBC (20CD). The results of the first stage indicated that P was deficient at 0.1 mM KH2PO4 and P sufficient at 1.0 mM KH2PO4. The results of the second stage showed that the P sufficient concentration significantly increased growth, and dry weight of herb. However, P deficient improved andrographolide content. The EBC significantly improved growth, increased dry weight of herb, and andrographolide yield. Although had no significant effect on andrographolide content. There were no interaction between P concentration and EBC in nutrient solution media. Fosfat (P) dan bakteri endofit merupakan dua komponen yang penting di dalam proses metabolit primer dan sekunder pada tanaman sambiloto. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh P dan konsorsium bakteri endofit (KBE) terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan, produksi dan kadar andrografolid tanaman sambiloto. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 tahap: a) Respon tanaman sambiloto terhadap konsentrasi P pada media larutan hara, menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok, 6 perlakuan, dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan P terdiri dari 0; 0,01; 0,05; 0,1; 1,0; dan 2,0 mM KH2PO4. b) Response tanaman sambiloto terhadap P dan KBE pada media larutan hara, Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok, faktorial, 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi P terdiri dari P kurang (0,1 mM KH2PO4) dan P cukup (1,0 mM KH2PO4). Faktor kedua adalah bakteri yaitu tanpa KBE dan dengan KBE (20CD). Hasil penelitian pada tahap pertama menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh dosis P kurang untuk tanaman sambiloto (0,1 mM KH2PO4) dan dosis P cukup (1,0 mM KH2PO4). Hasil penelitian pada tahap kedua menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian P cukup mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan, dan bobot kering herba. Sebaliknya, P kurang meningkatkan kadar andrografolid. KBE mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan, bobot kering herba, dan produksi andrografolid, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi kandungan andrografolid. Tidak ada interaksi antara P dan KBE dalam media larutan hara.

Potential of Endophytic Bacterial to Control Lesion Nematode (Pratylenchus brachyurus) on Patchouli

T-2 toxin is a toxic and teratogenic mycotoxin produced by Fusarium tricintum which may contaminate cereal, seed, and food. The aim of this research is to find out the effects of T-2 Toxin on preimplantion embryos and fetuses of Swiss Webster mice. Pregnant female of Swiss Webster mice on 0 or 2 day of gestation was injected intraperitoneally with T-2 toxin at doses 0.05 or 0.10 mg/kg body weight (bw) and the dam was observed at 3.5 and 18 days of gestation.
