Reverse logistics for the end-of-life and end-of-use products in the pharmaceutical industry: a systematic literature review

The aim of this paper is to develop a systematic literature review (SLR) aiming to identify reverse logistics (RL) concepts and practices applied to the end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-use (EOU) of pharmaceuticals and to identify and synthesize, through bibliometric indicators, research opportunities on RL, considering the analysis of publications in the periodical Supply Chain Management: An International Journal (SCMij).,The SLR followed two steps, namely, search for articles on the subject and content analysis of selected material and bibliometric analysis of publications using VOSviewer®.,The SLR allowed the compilation of evidences regarding pharmaceutical RL in the groups: environmental risk, the RL evolution and regulatory and stakeholder’s educational perspective. Despite the timid specific literature on pharmaceutical RL, it was also possible to point out research gaps and opportunities. Pharmaceutical RL seems to be influenced by studies from traditional RL including mathematical modeling, managerial strategies and technologies but prescind of a systemic solution. Besides reducing environmental impact, the motivation to implement pharmaceutical RL resides in its potential for revenue. Considering integrated logistics as a trend and an emerging issue, RL for the pharmaceutical industry needs to be addressed more thorough and broadly.,The limited number of papers returned in this SLR of pharmaceutical RL impaired the bibliometric analysis of them, leading to the inclusion of papers on general RL.,This study provides an overview of the evolution of RL in the pharmaceutical industry, it also clarifies concepts and EOL/EOU practices, particularly directed to the pharmaceutical industry RL.

Construction and qualitative assessment of a bibliographic portfolio using the methodology Methodi Ordinatio

Methodi Ordinatio is a methodology used to accomplish systematic literature reviews, to build bibliographical portfolios, and to map the state of the art of a research theme. It is composed of nine phases. The 7th phase, named InOrdinatio, applies an equation that orders the papers according to its scientific relevance. The equation applies the alpha (α) element, which can vary from 0 to 10 depending on the research need of currentness and according to the researcher’s perception for its variation. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to test and analyse the variations of the alpha (α) values in the equation InOrdinatio and its influence in the qualification of the items that composes a portfolio. In order to reach this purpose, a practical application was performed and a bibliographic portfolio on the theme Horizontal Business Networks and Trust was built. Using the data from the bibliographic portfolio, the alpha values from 0 to 10 were applied and their influence on the final qualification of the articles was analysed. As a complementary objective, the areas where the methodology was successfully applied until now are also identified. The results show that the methodology is coherent, reproducible and useful to sort the most relevant articles in accordance with what is internationally recognized as valid scientific criteria: the impact factor, year of publication, and number of citations.

FLEXIBILITY OF LABOUR RELATIONS: A STUDY WITH TRAINEES OF A PUBLIC UNIVERSITY

Considering the possibility of relaxation of labor standards and their possible results, both for the institution and for students, labor relations and their demands. This paper was aimed to analyze the labor relations existing in the performance of trainees in degree from a public university departments. We opted for the choice of a qualitative approach, in view of the need to assess the results and their implications in the search field. After the surveys were identified the main factors, the favorable conditions for flexible labor relations. In conclusion, identify and develop effective skills for the organization, anticipating market trends and promoting anticipation of changes, attributed to factors conditioning the good performance of the trainee, the institution, as well as managers, where the relaxation can be perceived among the main topics of labor relations in organizations, be they public or organization.

E-LEARNING, PERCEPÇÕES SOBRE SATISFAÇÃO NO TREINAMENTO A DISTÂNCIA EM INSTITUIÇÃO FINANCEIRA: REAÇÃO VERSUS IMPACTO / E-Learning, Perceptions of Satisfaction in Distance Training in Financial Institution: Reaction versus Impact

O artigo apresenta um estudo sobre a Educacao a Distância (EAD) compreendida no texto como aquela que possibilita a flexibilidade temporal e a facilidade de acesso ao treinando, estimulando autonomia de aprendizagem, por isso esta sendo amplamente utilizada por Universidades Corporativas como estrategia de educacao continuada para o desenvolvimento de conhecimento e vantagem competitiva institucional. O estudo teve como objetivo analisar a satisfacao dos funcionarios com a Educacao a Distância proporcionada pela Universidade Corporativa de uma instituicao financeira nacional, tendo como objeto de estudo os funcionarios de duas agencias bancarias de uma cidade da regiao Centro-Sul do Parana, focando a reacao e o impacto do treinamento no ambiente de trabalho. O estudo foi estruturado em tres fases: inicialmente a abordagem historica da EAD no Brasil e nas instituicoes empresariais; na segunda fase, destacam-se os procedimentos metodologicos utilizados para o estudo e, por fim, os resultados obtidos por meio deste. A coleta dos dados da pesquisa ocorreu com a utilizacao de questionario semiestruturado, contando com 100% do espaco amostral disponivel. Os resultados indicaram a satisfacao dos funcionarios quanto a facilidade de entendimento dos conteudos, ao acesso a plataforma do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem e as suas expectativas. Em relacao ao impacto, observou-se elevado grau de concordância quanto a facilidade de interacao, a absorcao de novos conhecimentos, a utilizacao das ferramentas da plataforma e a habilidade no manuseio e na aplicabilidade dos conhecimentos adquiridos. As sugestoes apontam a instituicao do tutor a distância para suporte ao treinado e a disponibilidade de horario e local especifico para o treinamento.Palavras-chave: Educacao a Distância. E-learning.
