The article deals with comparing the programming of production of thin-walled parts using CAM software. Were evaluated by the number of clicks buttons and the amount of time during which the G codes generated. One side parts has been produced by the program generated by CAD applications Creo Parametric 2.0 and the other side part using Autodesk Inventor Professional HSM PRO 2016 was made on CNC vertical machining centre Pinnacle VMC 650 S.

CAM systems are most widespread way to create cnc programs. Possibility of optimization, simulation of machining, shorter lead time, and flexibility are biggest benefits. Some of most used CAM systems are GibbsCam, PowerMill, AlphaCam, Surfcam, and Edgecam. Next article shows making of NC program in Edgecam. Edgecam was chosen because is user friendly and simple programs can be created without deeper knowledge of system. Therefore is very suitable for learning process.

Durability of cutting tool defines lifetime of this cutting tool and it determines its suitability for select technological operation. Technical science defines a lot of different factors, that they may be cause of shorter cutting tool lifetime. For increase cutting tool durability is necessary maximally possible elimination of these factors. Determination of cutting tool durability is very important, because provides comprehensive information how to determine appropriate technological conditions for selected cutting tool. In engineering is for determination of cutting tools durability used T-vc dependence. Durability of cutting tools is defined in standard ISO 3685. In standard ISO 3685 is defined T-vc dependence for different cutting materials and standard included process evaluation of tool durability for cutting materials made of high speed steel, sintered carbide and cutting ceramic. Specification of cutting tools durability in machining process of steel 16MoV6-3 is very important for economics of small and medium-sized enterprises, because cutting tool durability is factor that significantly affects the budget of these enterprises. Standard ISO 3685 contains instructions how to create T-vc dependence for cutting tools. In this standard are only instructions how to create T-vc dependence according to Mr. Taylor. The article describes process how to create durability dependence for cutting tools made of sintered carbide in machining process of 16MoV6-3 by means of T-vc dependence.

Many clients and plasma arc thermal cutting devices providers deal with the question which technological factor in adjustment process of cutting has the greatest influence on the final product quality. Many researchers and teachers deal with this issue during lecturing these knowledges for university students. The article presents the design and evaluation of plasma arc cutting technological process. Influence of technological factors on roughness parameters Ra of the steel surface ISO Fe510 have been evaluated using planned experiments. Using factor experiment, the significance of the four process factors: plasma burner feed speed, plasma gas pressure, nozzle diameter, distance between nozzle mouth and material have been observed. Regression models obtained by multiple linear regression indicates the quality level as observed factors function.

The theory and practice in engineering industry is not the same. Durability of cutting tools is defined in standard ISO 3685. In standard ISO 3685 is defined T-vc dependence for different cutting materials and standard included process evaluation of tool durability for cutting materials made of high speed steel, sintered carbide and cutting ceramic. Standard ISO 3685 contains instructions how to create T-vc dependence for cutting tools made of cutting ceramic. In this standard are only instructions how to create T-vc dependence according to Taylor. The article compares T-vc dependencies for various cutting ceramics (Al2O3, Al2O3+ZrO2, Al2O3+TiCN) with T-vc dependence defined in standard ISO 3685, because this standard describes T-vc dependence for all entered cutting materials together.

Presented article is focused on monitoring of output control. Primary objective of research was design of most effective automated control of output quality for designated product. Proposal of fixture for output control was chosen as way to achieve main objective. According to performed practical analyse was intended final proposal of measuring fixture for chosen product. Manufacturing companies constantly face the problem of operational production processes and systems aimed to achieve demanded manufacturing costs of high quality products and minimizing of consumed resources. Production quality is essential in the field of intensive and emerging strategic industrial sectors as automotive, aviation, cosmonautics, energy industry, medical technology, micromanufacturing, electronics and mechatronics. Obtaining of objective overall production quality is conditional by innovative and integrated quality, manufacturing logistics, effective maintenance, management and control methods.

Durability of cutting tools represent a large spectral index on the basis of which is characterized by functional work. Every manufacturer of cutting tools before the actual production of these tools during the development make a tests and prescribing them characteristics on which is possible then to predict their behaviour in the actual production process. Durability of cutting tools is often indicated for one tested material of marketing aspect, which is machined and effort of user is to achieve this variable for other machined materials and then is happened problem in the production. The problem is very short lifetime of cutting tool in machining process, where the effect is impossibility to optimize the machining process. The results of this action are excesses time caused by exchanged of cutting plate and then it is make a low production of machining industry by setting of machines, and then the factory has an economical loses. Paper notes that significant differences optimal and feasible achievable durability of the cutting tool in the machining process carbon steel. As the impact on the results of this research is not only technical but also economic and particularly for small and medium manufacturing enterprises, it is examining this issue very important and timely.

Welding technology at current level provides wide range of applications such as automotive or aerospace industries. New technique, ways of approach and use of new materials (for example aluminum or composite parts of car body parts) creates necessity of optimizing of welding. The article is focused on welding of two parts using Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding. The main task is to design most suitable parameters for welding structural steel S235 J0. Samples were prepared by CNC machining center by chamfering edges 30°. Machined samples were placed against each other creating angle of total 60°. Welding machine Einhell BT-GW 170 MAG was used to create V and Y shaped welds with various technological parameters. Goal of the article is experimentally determine combination of technological parameters for V and Y shaped weld joints of steel components with thickness of 6 mm focused on hardness. Every welding machine and of course additive material has some recommended values of parameters in large scale, therefore it is necessary to determine most appropriate combination of main welding parameters. Data obtained from experiment showed most suitable combination of variables of welding process in order to achieve highest quality of weld joint.
