Percepção dos residentes sobre sua atuação no programa de residência multiprofissional

Objective Understanding the meanings of the training experiences of postgraduate students of the Multidisciplinary Residency Program in Health linked to a federal educational institution. Methods An exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach carried out with postgraduate students of a Multidisciplinary Residency Program in Health. The data collection was held through a semistructured interview. The data obtained in the speeches were categorized by the content analysis technique. Results Four thematic categories were unveiled: the residency and multidisciplinary practice, the residency as practice of teamwork, recognition of the residents work by users and the residency experience in the context of health work. Conclusion The Multidisciplinary Residency Program is understood as a significant opportunity of learning and having contact with professionals from different fields where the comprehensive care is provided in professional practice, with the awareness that the assistance should contemplate the social, environmental and psychological aspects of individuals.

Adesão ao tratamento clínico ambulatorial da hipertensão arterial sistêmica

Objective Assessing the compliance with outpatient treatment of hypertension.Methods Cross-sectional study in which were studied demographic and socioeconomic variables, as well as of knowledge about the disease. The Morisky-Green Test (MGT) was applied to measure the compliance with treatment, and multiple logistic regression to identify factors associated with it.Results There was homogeneity between compliance/non-compliance regarding gender, age, marital status, color/race, education, professional activity, number of people in the household and occupation. There was a significant association between income and compliance with treatment (p = 0.039). The hypertensive subjects guided by the community health agents had 2.21 times greater risk of non-compliance with medication compared to those guided by the team and adjustment to income of the subjects non-compliant with medication (OR = 2.21, CI 1.08 -4, 85, p = 0.033).Conclusion Income and the guidance provided by community health agents interfered in the compliance with treatment, requiring training and the offer of fundraising practices and lifestyle changes.

Triage in an adult emergency service: patient satisfaction

OBJECTIVE Assess the degree of patient satisfaction with triage in the adult emergency service of a public hospital. METHOD Exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. Three hundred patients were interviewed and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics based on sociodemographic variables and those related to patient satisfaction. RESULTS There was a predominance of women, with elementary education and a mean age of 41 years. Most of the interviewees reported being satisfied in regard to the following items: timely service, embracement, trust, environment (comfort, cleanliness and signage), humanization (courtesy, respect, and interest), timely referral/scheduling of appointments and care expectations. CONCLUSION There was a high level of patient satisfaction, evidenced by the strong association of user satisfaction with the items investigated. OBJETIVO Avaliar o grau de satisfação dos usuários no setor de Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco do Pronto-Socorro Adulto de um hospital público. MÉTODO Pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e transversal com abordagem quantitativa. Foram entrevistados 300 usuários e os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva a partir de variáveis sociodemográficas e as relacionadas à satisfação do usuário. RESULTADOS Houve predominância do sexo feminino, nível de escolaridade fundamental e idade média de 41 anos. A maioria dos entrevistados respondeu estar satisfeito em relação aos itens: agilidade no atendimento; acolhimento; confiança; ambiência (conforto, limpeza, sinalização), humanização (educação, respeito e interesse); agilidade no encaminhamento/agendamento de consulta e expectativa sobre o serviço. CONCLUSÃO Verificou-se elevado grau de satisfação dos usuários, evidenciada pela forte associação da satisfação do usuário com os itens investigados.

Ambiente do centro de terapia intensiva e o trabalho da equipe de enfermagem

This is a descriptive exploratory study with a quantitative approach. It aims to characterize the environment of the Intensive Care Center (ICC) in regard to its physical area, material resources and equipments, and to identify factors concerned to the work of nurses. It investigates environmental factors that contribute to an aesthetically harmonious, functional and humanized space and that favor the performance of nursing work. The units that make up the ICC meet the recommendations of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) in the evaluated items. he following favorable work conditions were highlighted: thermal conditions, color of the ceiling, walls and floors, luminosity. The following unfavorable work conditions were highlighted: outdoor spaces, privacy and individuality of clients and noise. The conclusion is that the facilities of the units meet the minimum recommendations of ANVISA. Both favorable and unfavorable environmental work conditions were identified. The creation of better environmental conditions allows a better staff performance, influencing positively quality, safety, and job satisfaction.Estudo descritivo exploratorio com abordagem quantitativa. Objetiva caracterizar o ambiente do Centro de Terapia Intensiva (CTI) quanto a area fisica, recursos materiais e equipamentos e identificar os fatores ambientais que intervem na atuacao dos profissionais de enfermagem. Investiga os fatores que contribuem para um espaco esteticamente harmonico, funcional e humanizado e que favorecem o desempenho do trabalho. As unidades constituintes do CTI atendem as recomendacoes da Agencia Nacional de Vigilância Sanitaria (ANVISA) quanto aos itens avaliados. Como condicoes favoraveis ao trabalho destacaram-se: condicoes termicas; cor do teto, parede e pisos; luminosidade. Como condicoes desfavoraveis ao trabalho destacaram-se: areas externas; privacidade e individualidade dos clientes e ruido. Conclui-se que as instalacoes analisadas atendem as recomendacoes minimas da ANVISA. Identificaram-se condicoes favoraveis e desfavoraveis ao trabalho dos profissionais. A criacao de melhores condicoes ambientais permite melhor desempenho da equipe, influenciando positivamente para uma assistencia de qualidade, com seguranca e satisfacao profissional.

Percepções sobre o trabalho da equipe de enfermagem em serviço hospitalar de emergência de adultos

Objective: To study the perception of Nursing professionals of an Urgency and Emergency about teamwork, situations of care to critical patients and the physical environment of the Unit. Methods: Exploratory and qualitative descriptive study using a semi-structured interview with nurses in an Urgency and emergency unit for data collection. Results: Twenty-eight nurses were interviewed, being 24 Nursing Technicians and four Nurses. Three categories emerged: team work dynamics; interaction of the Nursing team; and physical and psychological aspects of the team. Conclusion: We observed that professionals considered themselves a united and collaborative team despite the occurrence of conflicts and the influence of the physical environment on teamwork, as well as identified stressors in the Nursing work that act on them as individuals.
