The Technologies of Information and Communication, through the use of softwares developed for specific environment has been helping the education through the search for new technologies that provides to the students the disciplinary contents in a way closer to the real world, as well as on the meaning of seeking for tools that came to expand the current learning ways, making the education to have more dynamic aspects. This paper was developed by the research group Immersive Environments and aims to present a metaverse that provides students with vocational courses, delivered through programs like PRONATEC and System S, a support through the technologies used in distance education courses and MOOCs. Search also the integration of learning objects in this environment to be able to assist content taught in an even more dynamic.

As tecnologias da informacao e comunicacao, atraves do uso de softwares desenvolvidos para ambientes especificos tem auxiliado a educacao atraves da busca de novas tecnologias que disponibilizam aos alunos os conteudos disciplinares de forma mais proxima do mundo real, bem como no sentido de buscar ferramentas que venham a expandir as formas de aprendizagem atual, fazendo com que a educacao tenha aspectos mais dinâmicos. Este trabalho foi desenvolvido pelo grupo de pesquisa sobre Ambientes Imersivos e tem como finalidade o desenvolvimento do “mundo” Instituto Federal Farroupilha e a futura utilizacao deste ambiente com fins pedagogicos, substituindo o uso de ambientes estaticos, como os tradicionais Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem Moodle e TelEduc.

This article aims to present software that uses the concepts of Virtual Reality Environment using Immersive focusing on the preparation and development of people with disabilities for inclusion in the labor market. The immersive environment or world is nearing completion of implementation and early use with a group of students who exercise their work in a company survey participant. It is believed that the virtual world will contribute to the development and interactions that these students will have in the real world, working as a system of Alternative Communication.

The inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market can be a difference in the quality of life of individuals, and to participate equally in society, respecting the rights and obligations is still a challenge. This article presents the development of an immersive system and the evaluation of it focusing on the empowerment of people with intellectual disabilities to labor inclusion. The research is technological and qualitative nature, and the main goal is to demonstrate how a system that uses the Immersive Environments concepts can through the mediation process help empower and eliminate barriers in the workplace learning of these students. The Immersive Virtual Environment Solassist was developed using the UDK game engine and validated in a research participant company. The study was conducted with 11 students with intellectual disabilities, most excluded portion of the labor market. The use of the developed system, together with the analysis of the mediations, showed the feasibility of using for their labor insertion.

Resumo: A inclusao das pessoas com deficiencia no mercado de trabalho pode ser um diferencial na qualidade de vida desses individuos, sendo que a participacao de forma igualitaria em sociedade, respeitando os direitos e obrigacoes ainda e um desafio. Este artigo objetiva apresentar e avaliar os beneficios de um sistema imersivo focando na preparacao e desenvolvimento das pessoas com deficiencia intelectual para inclusao no mercado de trabalho. O Projeto Solassist Virtual busca atraves das experiencias que envolvem Tecnologias Assistivas ajudar nos processos de inclusao de pessoas com deficiencia nas organizacoes produtivas. O Projeto tambem se baseia na teoria socio historica proposta por Vygotsky. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa qualitativa com estudo de caso e os resultados demonstraram a viabilidade da utilizacao de um sistema baseado nos conceitos de Ambiente Imersivos na preparacao de pessoas com deficiencia intelectual para o ambiente laboral.
