Reabilitação psicossocial no campo da reforma psiquiátrica: uma reflexão sobre o controverso conceito e seus possíveis paradigmas

This article consists of a critical contextualization of psychosocial rehabilitation in Brazil and discusses its controversial conception in the process of reform of the public mental health sector. A proposal is then presented that brings together three possible paradigms for orienting activities for social inclusion with psychotics. Finally, two cases are presented that portray inventiveness in this field that is still under construction.

A lógica da clínica e a pesquisa em psicanálise: um estudo de caso

This text intends to demonstrate the applicability of the psychoanalytic method of the work about the unconscious as a reference and a paradigm for the academic research in psychoanalysis. For this, we make explicit the conjectures of the theory and of the method of psychoanalysis following a discussion about its use as a resource on the investigation of a specific discourse from its operation of reduction. In order to demonstrate this we refer to its use in an academic thesis.

Risco e Sinthome: A Psicanálise no Sistema Socioeducativo

We intend to discuss the application of psychoanalytic theory to public policies towards delinquent adolescents. We start from a review of adolescence and psychoanalytic practice, especially with young offenders. With a case of a teenager in under socio-educational measure in assisted liberty, two considerations raised about psychoanalysis in this service: the uniqueness of the case against the universal legal regulation, as well as limitations and potential of institutional care. We conclude by the importance of the word and the gathering surplus in the subjective labor of the adolescent and finally, we see the need for actions that forward the effects of interventions. We state that the expected social-political effect of applying an educational measure needs to consider the uniqueness of each teenager, of which his or her subjective position is testimony, delimiting a way of being an exception to the rule and inhabiting the world.

In this article, we discuss the hypothesis that, in the absence of a period of standby that adolescence represents, the lawbreaker adolescent seems to shorten the transition from childhood to adulthood in a kind of short circuit that suppresses the passage of the preparation characteristic of adolescence. As a symptomatic response, they alienate themselves to the knowledge of the Other of the traffic and identify themselves with the figures of the crime as a response to the difficulties that the puberty presents, as a new meeting with the structural hole of sexual trauma. For this analysis, we place the conceptual difference between puberty and adolescence and between violence, aggression and aggressive act in psychoanalysis, with the changes in the composition of the social bond in the contemporary world as background.

Inserción social y habitación: un camino para la evaluación de la situación de vivienda de portadores de transtorno mental grave en Brasil

No que concerne as suas necessidades de moradias, os portadores de transtorno mental grave no Brasil possuem duas perspectivas: os Servicos Residenciais Terapeuticos (SRTs) ou formas alternativas, como o apoio de familiares e/ou da rede de saude mental do SUS, sobretudo os Centros de Atencao Psicossocial (Caps). Parece fundamental avaliar como os portadores de sofrimento mental grave constituem suas habitacoes (habitus) e insercao social nessas experiencias, a partir dos elementos estruturais da moradia (abrigo, privacidade, seguranca e conforto) e de suporte (rede social e de servicos), bem como o acompanhamento ofertado pelos servicos, em um contexto de desinstitucionalizacao. Para isso, sao discutidos pressupostos, categorias de analise e possiveis contribuicoes de um metodo de investigacao avaliativa qualitativa e interdisciplinar, elaborado por pesquisadores de distintas areas do saber (antropologia, arquitetura, psicanalise e saude coletiva), de modo a propiciar uma aproximacao mais sistematica acerca dessa importante tematica.

Inserção social e habitação: modos dos portadores de transtornos mentais habitarem a vida na perspectiva psicanalítica

The author of this article takes a psychoanalytic perspective to discuss the symbolic insertion of the psychotic face of otherness as a way of organizing ones dwelling. This analysis is part of a multi-centric and multidisciplinary research, the purpose of which is to assess how individuals with serious mental suffering set up their dwellings (habitus) and social insertion through structural elements of their housing, or dwelling (shelter, privacy, safety and comfort) and through social support (social networks and services).

Conclui-se, com caso clinico, que a desinsercao reflete a excecao constitutiva do sujeito como falta no Outro, a partir do que ele se nomeia e se localiza - aspecto-chave para a clinica psicossocial.
