A formação dos profissionais da saúde e a pedagogia inscrita no trabalho do Programa de Saúde da Família

The objective of this paper was to investigate the knowledge produced in practice and in knowledge working relationships established among professionals and users of the Brazilian Family Health Program. Qualitative research was chosen based on the ergology referential. The subjects were 19 members of three family health teams. Data were collected through structured interviews and field observation. Data was analyzed by a qualitative approach based on the ergology referential. Analysis revealed that work is a developmental locus of the health care professionals who act as pioneers in the Brazilian amily Health Program construction, in a knowledge construction and reconstruction process, exchanging experiences and complementing each other’s work. This study also revealed knowledge contained in the workers’ bodies that rearticulates, with self-transformation through their activities occurring, which is indispensable for continued professional care and development. LA FORMACION DE LOS PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD Y LA PEDAGOGIA INSCRITA EN EL TRABAJO DEL PROGRAMA DE SALUD FAMILIAR RESUMEN: El presente estudio tiene por objetivo investigar los saberes producidos en el trabajo y conocer las relaciones que se establecen en la interaccion entre profesionales y usuarios del Programa de Salud Familiar. Se opto por una investigacion cualitativa, basada en los presupuestos de la ergologia. Los sujetos del estudio fueron 19 integrantes de tres equipos de salud familiar. Los datos fueron recolectados por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas y observacion de campo, y se analizaron con un enfoque cualitativo, basado en los presupuestos de la ergologia. El analisis revelo que el trabajo es un locus formador de los profesionales de la salud, que actuan como pioneros en la construccion del Programa de Salud Familiar, en un proceso de construccion y reconstruccion de saberes, intercambiando experiencias en un actuar que es complementado por el otro. Tambien revelo un saber contenido en el cuerpo de los trabajadores que se rearticula, ocurriendo una transformacion de si mismos por la actividad, que es indispensable para el cuidado y para la formacion de los profesionales. As relações de poder no trabalho da Estratégia Saúde da Família

Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa que tem por objetivo analisar as relacoes de poder estabelecidas no trabalho da Estrategia Saude da Familia. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com dezenove profissionais integrantes de tres equipes e utilizados registros efetuados a partir de observacao participante. Os dados foram analisados segundo Bardin e categorizados em duas unidades analiticas. O estudo demonstrou que alguns paradigmas sao dificeis de modificar, especialmente quando sao vistos de forma natural pelos envolvidos. No entanto, avancos foram verificados a partir do posicionamento daqueles muitas vezes vistos como inferiores nas relacoes de poder desse servico.

L'enseignement des disciplines de gestion dans la formation des infirmiers au Brésil : l'expérience d'un groupe de professeurs de l'Université Fédérale de Minas Gerais

Nursing education in Brazil is based on the following principles that guide profession : assistance, management, education and research. These activities can not be developed separately as the intersection between them is an important factor to provide nursing care to the population with safety and quality. Even recognizing the importance of this articulation, in this study it is highlighted the professional managerial training. The aim of this paper is to describe the management disciplines teaching in the training of nurses from a critical and reflective analysis of a group of teachers from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Brazilian Health Reform Movement and the implementation of the National Curriculum Guidelines have resulted in significant advances in teaching Nursing Management, considering that currently content and practical activities take place at different moments of nursing training. It is concluded that, in this new context, teachers have sought more contemporary theoretical references, which focus on a more participative manage in order to train competent professionals who have a more humane and ethical practice.

Open doors: a new possibility in psychiatric nursing teaching

Este trabalho descreve uma experiencia no ensino de enfermagem psiquiatrica, em um servico aberto de atencao a saude mental. Os discursos dos alunos mostram o sentido desse estagio para sua formacao, apontando ter sido uma experiencia rica a ser mantida, pois lhes permitiu conhecer o papel e a atuacao do enfermeiro, desenvolver uma assistencia contemplando teoria e pratica, alem de reconhecer o doente mental como cidadao.

Puertas abiertas: nuevas posibilidades en la enseñanza de la enfermería psiquiátrica

Este trabalho descreve uma experiencia no ensino de enfermagem psiquiatrica, em um servico aberto de atencao a saude mental. Os discursos dos alunos mostram o sentido desse estagio para sua formacao, apontando ter sido uma experiencia rica a ser mantida, pois lhes permitiu conhecer o papel e a atuacao do enfermeiro, desenvolver uma assistencia contemplando teoria e pratica, alem de reconhecer o doente mental como cidadao.
