O artigo pretende apresentar os resultados de uma pesquisa realizada junto a quatro grandes empresas brasileiras do setor quimico, descrevendo os seus respectivos sistemas de mensuracao e avaliacao de desempenho organizacional. O presente trabalho e um estudo exploratorio e descritivo e baseia-se no uso de estudos de casos multiplos, tendo sido realizada a respectiva revisao da literatura que aborda o assunto. Sao propostas, ao final, as conclusoes e recomendacoes que se fazem pertinentes ao tema do trabalho, guardadas as restricoes proprias da metodologia empregada.

Avaliação de desempenho organizacional: um estudo aplicado em hospitais filantrópicos

An evaluation of organizational performance requires studies that encompass the specificities of the object under analysis, which is valid for health organizations. However, this type of organization has little support from Administration techniques and knowledge, thus generating deficiencies in management and control. As a result, the objective of this article is to develop a model for evaluating the specific performance of philanthropic hospitals and to compare the efficiency of those organizations. A theoretical model was createdand subsequently validated by specialists. A data envelopment analysis was conducted by means ofusing the data from 70 hospitals, collected in afield research. The conclusion is that there is no great availability of managerial information in Brazilian hospitals, and elements were pointed out for increasing sample efficiency.An evaluation of organizational performance requires studies that encompass the specificities of the object under analysis, which is valid for health organizations. This study proposes a model to evaluate overall performance for Higher Education Institutions. It is unquestionable the importance of organizations from the education sector for knowledge development and dissemination of information, necessary for the progress of a city, region or country. However, it is necessary to develop tools for planning and management control to monitor organizational performance. In this case, one of the most important tasks is related to the types of information that managers need to monitor and tune the performance of the organization. The proposed evaluation model helps to improve the organizational performance of education institutions, creating higher value in the services offered.

PREMISSAS E BENEFÍCIOS DO MODELO DE GESTÃO COLABORATIVO EM STARTUPS

O objetivo deste artigo e investigar e descrever as principais premissas e beneficios do modelo de gestao colaborativo em startups . Para alcanca-lo, adota-se a abordagem qualitativa, o metodo de estudo de casos multiplos e o carater descritivo de pesquisa. O instrumento utilizado para coleta de dados foi a entrevista semiestruturada. Para a analise dos dados utilizou-se a tecnica de analise de conteudo. Os resultados permitem, a priori, identificar premissas relacionadas aos processos de comunicacao, cooperacao e coordenacao organizacional necessarias para a adocao dos modelos de gestao colaborativos, bem como beneficios de mesma natureza oriundos a partir de sua adocao. Desta forma, as evidencias observadas permitem concluir que a gestao colaborativa pode ser uma alternativa viavel ao desenvolvimento das startups , visto o ambiente e o contexto no qual esses negocios estao inseridos, assim como as necessidades de desenvolvimento rapido e estrutura diminuta e enxuta que os caracterizam. Entretanto, apesar dos beneficios identificados na presente investigacao, a adocao do modelo de gestao colaborativo em uma organizacao necessita de analises e estudos mais profundos, uma vez que a adocao de um modelo desta natureza deve estar adequado as necessidades inerentes a gestao organizacional, aos objetivos e ao contexto no qual opera.

Relação entre o Uso e Finalidade dos Indicadores de Medição de Desempenho: o caso das Cooperativas de Eletrificação no Brasil.

The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between the use and the purposes of the indicators of performance measurement in Cooperatives of Electrification (CEs). It is a quantitative research of a correlational nature, with data obtained in the months of February, March, 2013, with the CEs of Brazil. The results obtained demonstrate the confirmation of all the hypotheses raised, with a strong correlation between the use of the indicators for strategic decision making (0.635) and monitoring and control (0.632) and moderate correlation with education and learning purposes (0.548) , Legitimacy (0.507) and external communication (0.476).

PRIORIZAÇÃO DE STAKEHOLDERS: CONTRIBUIÇÃO DOS ESTUDOS TEÓRICOS E EMPÍRICOS

A priorizacao de stakeholders e um tema ainda nao consolidado na literatura, envolvendo diversos conceitos que nao tornam claros quais os criterios que os gestores podem adotar para decidir quem sera priorizado. O objetivo desta pesquisa, diante disso, e analisar os conceitos de priorizacao de stakeholders adotados na literatura. Para isso, realizou-se uma revisao teorica acerca da teoria dos stakeholders , da priorizacao de stakeholders e dos modelos de saliencia e dominância de stakeholders , sendo coletados 214 artigos na base ISI Web Of Knowledge , dos quais foram selecionados 55 artigos. Constatou-se que diferentes variaveis podem estar associadas a percepcao de importância do stakeholders , tais como a saliencia, o poder, a legitimidade, a influencia do stakeholder e a estrategia da empresa. Outras variaveis identificadas estao associadas ao atendimento dos interesses dos stakeholders , como a contribuicao do stakeholder e a funcao da empresa. A contribuicao desta pesquisa consiste, assim, em apresentar uma evolucao do modelo de priorizacao de stakeholders baseado nos conceitos de percepcao da importância dos stakeholders e no atendimento dos interesses dos stakeholders , propondo uma agenda de pesquisa para o tema.

ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GOVERNANCE IN BRAZILIAN ORGANIZATIONS

With the increasing complexity of business mechanisms of corporate governance (CG) are needed to protect investors and the financial systems of countries. In this complex environment organizations use information technology (IT) to assist their business control. Thus, companies need to extend corporate governance already exercised in business to the IT area through a model of IT governance. As the main objective, this study wants to identify the relationship between corporate governance and IT governance by assessing the levels of maturity in organizations that operate in Brazil. Indices are designed to measure the maturity level of corporate governance (IGOVCORP) and IT governance (IGOVTI). The survey covered 107 companies operating in Brazil. As a result this research proved the correlation between IGOVCORP and IGOVTI and found that more than half of the companies studied presents maturity level of IT governance higher than the level of maturity of CG, contradicting much of the studies identified during the development of the theoretical framework of this research and providing evidence that IT governance is in practice not as a reflection or subset of CG, which provides actions direction to business and IT. Avaliação de websites: uma proposta para levar a experiência em conta

Apesar do crescimento do e-commerce, as empresas tem dificuldade para avaliar a satisfacao do consumidor e, assim, melhorar o sucesso de seus websites e fornecer uma experiencia de compra. Somente um consumidor satisfeito e que tenha tido uma boa experiencia na web e a chave para assegurar a lealdade e gerar desempenho financeiro superior no longo prazo. Um dos meios pelos quais as empresas podem entregar a experiencia ao consumidor na web e o website , a plataforma entre a empresa e o consumidor virtual. Com isso, a avaliacao de websites tem se tornado um ponto de atencao tanto para empresas quanto para pesquisadores, pois e necessario que haja estudos que mecam mais do que a satisfacao do consumidor quanto a compra online e sim a experiencia final com relacao ao episodio de contato com a empresa. A proposta de se desenvolver um novo modelo de avaliacao de websites repousa no argumento de que nao somente a satisfacao, o preco e/ou a seguranca da transacao eletronica determina o sucesso de um website . Os modelos presentes em literatura, em geral, analisam esses fatores isoladamente. No entanto, ha a necessidade de se avaliar esses fatores, conjuntamente, ja que a interacao entre eles determina o tipo de experiencia vivida pelo consumidor online e, consequentemente, o sucesso do website . Este trabalho procura propor uma ferramenta para avaliacao de website s , reunindo em um unico modelo, aspectos que, geralmente, sao avaliados, separadamente, em modelos conceituais: satisfacao, confianca, comportamento do consumidor, processo de decisao da compra e outros. O modelo formulado foi elaborado para a avaliacao de websites voltados para o e-commerce de produtos e/ou servicos que oferecem o servico de lista de casamentos. Verificou-se, por meio de levantamento, que os respondentes mostraram-se satisfeitos com relacao a compra nos websites avaliados. No entanto, o fato de que os respondentes nao comprariam no website independentemente de preco e que precos mais baixos os atrairiam para outros indicaram que eles nao sao fieis a marca . Alem disso, a preferencia pela loja fisica , em geral, demonstra que o e-commerce ainda nao conseguiu atingir a experiencia desejada dos consumidores online , para que prefiram utilizar os websites para compra. Mesmo com as vantagens do e-commerce reconhecidas pelos respondentes, ain da ha falta de confianca e inseguranca na compra online .
