Tecnologia e humanização na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal: reflexões no contexto do processo saúde-doença

Trata-se de reflexao acerca da tecnologia e da humanizacao do cuidado ao recem-nascido, tendo como preceito teorico o processo saude-doenca. Sao estabelecidos alguns paralelos entre as concepcoes de saude e de doenca, e suas influencias em nosso modelo de agir e pensar nos espacos da assistencia, como sujeitos do cuidado neonatal. O metodo mae-canguru e apresentado como tecnologia relacional, que propoe o acolhimento da unidade familia-bebe na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal, valorizando as vivencias e necessidades primordiais de afetividade e compreensao.This article reflects on technology and humanization in care of newborns, having as theoretical premise the health-illness process. Some parallels are established among the several conceptions of health and illness, and their influences in the way we behave and think about the care spaces as subjects of the neonatal care. The Kangaroo Mother Care is presented as a relational technology that proposes to shelter the family-baby unity in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, valuing experiences and major needs of affection and comprehension.

Reflexões sobre o pesquisador nas trilhas da Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados

This descriptive-reflexive study was performed with the objective to present the characteristics of researchers who use the Grounded Theory method, and outline the development of aptitudes for the researcher to become a Grounded Theoretician. The theoretical discussion was based on the frameworks of this methodology and supported by the literature. The article presents the main demands of qualitative studies using Grounded Theory, and important behaviors, attitudes and characteristics developed by the researchers. It is concluded that learning about Grounded Theory involves more than operationalizing a group of procedures and techniques. Mudanças na vida e no corpo: vivências diante da gravidez na perspectiva afetiva dos pais

Research of the descriptive and exploratory type, with qualitative approach that had as objectives: describe the experiences detached by parents before the pregnancy and, to analyze these experiences from the perspective of affectivity, built by parents before the pregnancy. The participants had been six mothers and three fathers. The collection technique used was the interview in depth. The data had been submitted to the analysis for the thematic modality, emerging two categories: Living intense changes in life e; Living intense changes in the body. It is concluded that in the gestation, the confrontations can oscillate at disequilibrium moments and others of overcoming. In this way, the affectivity is connected to adaptive responses of the parents and the family.Pesquisa do tipo descritivo-exploratorio, com abordagem qualitativa, que teve como objetivos: descrever as vivencias destacadas pelos pais diante da gravidez e analisar tais vivencias sob a perspectiva da afetividade, construida pelos pais diante da gravidez. Os participantes foram seis maes e tres pais. A tecnica de coleta utilizada foi a entrevista em profundidade. Os dados foram submetidos a analise pela modalidade tematica, emergindo duas categorias: Vivendo intensas mudancas na vida e Vivendo intensas mudancas no corpo. Concluiu-se que, na gestacao, os enfrentamentos podem oscilar em momentos de desequilibrio e outros de superacao. Nesse entremeio, a afetividade esta ligada a essas respostas adaptativas dos pais e da familia.

Cuidados de enfermagem à criança com câncer: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

Objetivo: revisar a producao cientifica acerca dos cuidados de enfermagem a crianca com câncer. Metodo: estudo bibliografico, descritivo usando o metodo da revisao integrativa da literatura. Os dados foram coletados em janeiro de 2013 utilizando as bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciencias da Saude, Bases de Dados de Enfermagem e Indice Bibliografico Espanhol de Ciencias da Saude, em conformidade com criterios de inclusao previamente estabelecidos. Resultados: a amostra final foi constituida por dez estudos. O cuidado de enfermagem a crianca com câncer e investigado sob varias perspectivas prevalecendo pesquisas no contexto hospitalar. Houve predominância de estudos descritivos, exploratorios de abordagem qualitativa. Os estudos ressaltam a necessidade de inserir a familia nos planos de cuidados do enfermeiro. Conclusao: o estudo evidencia a necessidade de capacitacao profissional e apoio psicologico aos profissionais que atuam no cuidado a esta clientela e valorizacao dos aspectos subjetivos nos cuidados.(AU) Objective: to review the scientific production related to the nursing cares to the child with cancer. Method: bibliographic study, descriptive uses the integrativereview method of the literature. The data was collect in January of 2013 utilizing as data’s base Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature, Nursing Database and Bibliographic Index on Health Sciences from Spain, in accordance with the inclusioncriteria previously established. Results: The final sample was constituted by ten studies.The nursing care to the child with cancer is investigated from many perspectives prevailing research in hospital setting. There was a predominance of descriptive,exploratory studies of qualitative approach. The studies underscore the need to put the family in nursing care plans. Conclusion: the study evidences the need of capacitationprofessional and psychological supporting to the nurse acting of this clientele and appreciation of the subjective aspects of care.(AU) Objetivo: revisar la produccion cientifica sobre de los cuidados de enfermeria a los ninos con cancer. Los cuidados de enfermeria a los ninos concancer es investigado a traves de diversas perspectivas prevaleciendo pesquisas en elambito hospitalario. Hubo un predominio de estudios descriptivos, exploratorios y deenfoque cualitativo. Los estudios resaltan la necesidad de poner a la familia en los planes de atencion de enfermeria. Conclusion: el estudio evidencia la necesidad de capacitacion profesional y apoyo psicologico al enfermero que trabaja en el cuidado de la clientela y valoracion de los aspectos subjetivos en la atencion.
