Os valores relativos ao trabalho e o entrincheiramento organizacional dos servidores de uma universidade pública

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the values relating to work and the organizational entrenchment of the servers of a public university. Additionally, it is intended to compare the values related to work and organizational entrenchment between teachers and administrative technicians. In view of this, there is a quantitative research, of a descriptive nature, with 384 employees of a public university, in which two previously validated scales were adopted: the Revised Scale of Values Relating to Work, of Porto and Pilati (2010); and the Organizational Entrenchment Scale, of Rodrigues and Bastos (2012). For the data treatment, descriptive, inferential statistics (t-test and Mann-Whitney test) and Spearmans correlation were used. The results indicate that there are positive relations between adjustment to social position and achievement; between impersonal bureaucratic arrangements and universalism and benevolence; and between limitation of alternatives and compliance; and negative relationships between impersonal bureaucratic arrangements and security; and between limitation of alternatives and safety. In general, administrative technicians feel more employability constraints than do teachers, and teachers, in turn, prioritize more authority, wealth, social recognition, and authority by comparing them with administrative technicians.

PERCEPÇÃO DE SUCESSO NA CARREIRA: SEMELHANÇAS E DIFERENÇAS ENTRE PROFISSIONAIS DO SETOR PÚBLICO

A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo avaliar a percepcao de sucesso na carreira dos profissionais de uma empresa de administracao portuaria, ligada ao setor publico, procurando diferenciar a percepcao de sucesso na carreira entre funcionarios efetivos e terceirizados. Partiu-se das hipoteses de que os individuos percebem suas carreiras de diversas maneiras, considerando as percepcoes objetivas e subjetivas de sucesso profissional, tomando por base a percepcao a partir do tipo de vinculo empregaticio.

Contribuições da aliança estratégica na indústria automobilística: um estudo comparativo

Os distritos industriais sao aglomerados de empresas associados no plano teorico com o fator inovacao e as politicas de desenvolvimento baseadas em clusters, vantagens locacionais e potencialidades locais. O objetivo desse estudo foi identificar tipologias de cultura organizacional predominantes nas empresas instaladas nos distritos industriais de Maracanau, no Estado do Ceara. A survey com 3271 operarios das 50 maiores empresas ali instaladas concluiu pelo nao predominio de uma cultura de inovacao (26,7%), mas um mosaico cultural quase homogeneo de culturas de mercado (29,2%), em convivio com culturas tradicionais hierarquicas (22,5%) e de cla (21,7%), segundo as tipologias de Cameron & Quinn, sugerindo rico adensamento organizacional como consequencia de politica publica.

Qualidade de vida no trabalho: um estudo com mulheres na polícia militar

This study aims to investigate the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of women of the military police, based on the model of Walton (1973). The research is quantitative, descriptive and the data collection occurred through survey along the 81 women military police. . We used the multiple linear regression type for analysis of the data. The category best evaluated was Social Integration of the Organization and the lowest average presented was the Fair and Appropriate Compensation.
