G. 224 female, from two public schools of Rio Grande do Sul. Data were gathered all together in classrooms through a questionnaire composed by open and closed questions. The data from open questions were submitted to content analysis and the data from closed questions were submitted statistical analysis. Results demonstrated that the majority of the students think about the future of their professional life. Their thoughts are related not only to the effort they must make to achieve professional and personal success and to improve their fi nancial conditions, but also to their desire to work in something that gives them satisfaction. In general, the participants showed to be optimistic about their future as a professional and hopeful to achieve success in their personal and professional life. On the other hand, the students recognized they need to struggle to achieve their goals and enjoy the satisfaction work can provide, once they noticed the negative aspects associated to the instability of the labor market.

Psicodinâmica do trabalho no Brasil: revisão sistemática da literatura

Psychodynamics of work has assumed an important role in Brazilian’s studies concerning health/mental illness of workers. Therefore, this study has the objective of doing a systematic review of articles, theses and national dissertations which used the theory and/or the psychodynamics of work in the last few years (2007 to 2013). To collect materials the descriptor work psychodynamics was used in the Virtual Library in Health Psychology (BVS-Psi), in the database of Tests and Dissertations of Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and the Digital Brazilian Library 1 Endereço para correspondência: Rua Conselheiro D’Avila, 354, Apto. 202, Bairro Jardim Floresta, Porto Alegre, RS, Brasil 91040-450. The result showed that the majority of studies are based in qualitative methods, investigating experiences of pleasure and pain of workers, and the most studied professional category is the workers from the health area. The analysis of the main results revealed that the Brazilian researches which employ the Work Psychodynamics have a strong descriptive characteristic, pointing to the necessity of more studies with focus on intervention and discussion of actions promoting worker’s health.

Nuevas modulaciones del control organizacional: un estudio de caso

Actualmente, el poder en las organizaciones no se manifiesta exclusivamente por vias coercitivas. Este actua mediante dispositivos de poder en los que se incluyen los metodos disciplinarios, que operan directamente en la subjetividad del sujeto. En este sentido, estos mecanismos tornan a los trabajadores reconocibles, identificables y comparables entre si. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo explicitar parte de los resultados de una investigacion sobre control organizacional y subjetividad contemporaneos. Dicha investigacion busco comprender la logica pos-disciplinaria presente en los mecanismos de control organizacional mediante la problematizacion del vinculo existente entre tecnologia y subjetivacion. Los resultados presentados en este articulo se relacionan con una parte de la muestra total de la investigacion, compuesta por treinta sujetos. Se eligio el caso de una empleada de una institucion financiera transnacional, siendo este articulo un estudio de caso. Los resultados del estudio de caso mostraron que la vigente logica organizacional del trabajo obliga al trabajador a asumir las fluctuaciones de la demanda y la responsabilidad de los resultados. De esa manera, hay indicios de que nuevas formas de organizacion del trabajo posibilitan la propia responsabilidad del sujeto.Abstract: The organizational power is not manifested only by coercive ways nowadays. It operates through power devices, including disciplinary methods, which operate directly on the subjectivity of the subject. These mechanisms make workers recognizable, identifiable and comparable among each other. This study aimed to clarify part of the results of research on organizational control and subjectivity in contemporary. Referred survey investigated the post-disciplinary logic present in organizational control mechanisms by questioning the link between technology and subjectivity. The results presented in this paper are relative to a portion of the total survey sample, composed by thirty subjects. The case of a woman employee of a transnational financial institution was chosen, setting this article as a case study. The results showed that the current logic on organization of work requires workers to assume the demands and the responsibility of results for themselves. Thus, there are signs that new forms of work organization enable the self-empowerment of the individual.

Influências percebidas na escolha profissional de jovens provenientes de classes socioeconômicas desfavorecidas

O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar influencias dos genitores no processo de escolha profissional de jovens pertencentes a classes socioeconomicas desfavorecidas. Para tanto, 200 alunos das tres series do ensino medio responderam coletivamente a um questionario que continha questoes abertas e fechadas. Os estudantes eram de ambos os sexos e frequentavam duas escolas publicas localizadas no interior do Rio Grande do Sul. As informacoes das questoes abertas foram submetidas a analise de conteudo tematica, e os dados das questoes fechadas, a analises estatisticas descritivas. Os resultados mostraram que a maioria dos participantes nao acredita ter sofrido influencia de alguem para escolher o curso tecnico ou de graduacao. Entre os estudantes que identificaram interferencia de terceiros na escolha profissional, os genitores foram os mais citados. Conclui-se que a opiniao dos pais sobre o mundo do trabalho transmite valores que sao considerados pelos jovens no estabelecimento de seus planos futuros.
