A implementação da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem no serviço de saúde hospitalar do Brasil

This is a bibliographical study aimed at analyzing the implantation of Nursing Assistance Systematization in Brazilian hospital health care services from 1986 to 2005. The LILACS, BDENF, and SciELO databases were used as information sources. Thirty articles were included (15 records of experience, 14 field investigations, and one theoretical reflection), having as a criteria the implementation of Nursing Assistance Systematization in Brazil, in the hospital area. The content analysis revealed thematic modality. Through article analysis it is noted that the aim of systematization implantation is to organize care by means of adopting of a systematic method, thus providing the nurse (re)definition of his/her action. A formação do enfermeiro crítico-reflexivo no curso de enfermagem da Faculdade de Medicina de Marília - FAMEMA

Objetivou-se neste estudo, captar atraves dos alunos do Curso de Enfermagem da FAMEMA como esta sendo construido seu processo de formacao, visando a constituicao de um profissional critico-reflexivo, e identificar as marcas diferenciais deste processo percebidas pelos alunos a partir da logica do Projeto Politico-Pedagogico (PPP). Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram alunos do 4o ano do Curso de Enfermagem, sendo utilizados o grupo focal e a entrevista semi-estruturada como tecnicas de pesquisa. O material empirico foi organizado segundo a tecnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, e procedeu-se em seguida a analise tematica. Evidenciou-se que os alunos conseguiram elaborar uma critica com relacao ao PPP, discriminando e percebendo problemas apontados, mudancas que ocorreram, conflitos gerados num projeto dessa natureza. Ao vivenciarem a realidade concreta, os alunos tambem convivem com os conflitos que permeiam as relacoes construidas no cotidiano, questionando o papel do enfermeiro, refletindo sobre sua postura etica, a fundamentacao para a argumentacao e a sustentacao de sua pratica na equipe.

Attributes mobilized by nurses in family health: reaching performances when developing managerial competence

This exploratory-descriptive study was performed using a qualitative approach with the purpose to identify and analyze the attributes mobilized in work situations that characterize the performance of nurses in managerial competence in Family Health based on the concepts of dialogic competence. Data collection was performed through participant observation of the work performed by Family Health nurses in four units associated with the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto - SP/Brazil, considering a typical workweek, with a total of 160 hours of observation. Through content analysis, using the thematic analysis technique, we identified five themes related to: supervision, teamwork, social control, work organization and planning. Results show there is a group of attributes mobilized by nurses which remains centered on work organization for individual health care with rare incursions for a systemized planning process.Estudo de carater exploratorio-descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, objetivando identificar e analisar os atributos mobilizados nas situacoes de trabalho e que caracterizam os desempenhos das enfermeiras na area da competencia gerencial na Saude da Familia, apoiado nos conceitos da competencia dialogica. Para coleta de dados, foi realizada observacao participante do trabalho das enfermeiras atuantes na Saude da Familia em quatro unidades vinculadas a Universidade de Sao Paulo em Ribeirao Preto - SP/Brasil, considerando-se uma semana tipica de trabalho, totalizando 160 horas de observacao. Atraves da analise de conteudo, usando a tecnica de analise tematica, identificamos cinco temas relacionados a: supervisao, trabalho em equipe, controle social, organizacao do trabalho e planejamento. Os resultados apontam para um conjunto de atributos mobilizados pelas enfermeiras ainda centrado na organizacao do trabalho em saude para o cuidado individual com raras incursoes para um processo de planejamento sistematizado.

O processo ensino-aprendizagem crítico-reflexivo

This study aimed at showing how the learning process is being built in the FAMEMA nursing course and identifying the different aspects of this process perceived by students based on the logics of the political-pedagogical project. The subjects of the research were fourth-grade students in the course. Research techniques used were focus groups and a semi-structured interview. Empirical material was organized according to the collective subject discourse technique, followed by the application of content analysis in the thematic modality. In the analysis of empiric material, it was highlighted that learning occurs in a process with successive approaches, throughout life, being graduation the beginning of a process. Implementando as unidades educacionais do curso de enfermagem da Famema: relato de experiência

O trabalho tem como objetivo relatar o desenvolvimento do curriculo ao longo das quatro series do curso de enfermagem da Faculdade de Medicina de Marilia (Famema) no ano de 2003. Utilizou-se, como metodo, a reflexao sobre a pratica pedagogica, com base na analise documental dos programas de ensino-aprendizagem de cada serie. Nos resultados, verificam-se pontos a serem trabalhados no projeto politico-pedagogico, como: redefinicao dos papeis dos docentes e do enfermeiro dos servicos de saude; diferentes entendimentos sobre os referenciais da metodologia da problematizacao e competencia; inseguranca dos professores em trabalhar com a incerteza no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Abordagem psicológica na atenção básica em saúde: da fragmentação à integralidade

The Family Health Strategy has been the principal response in the organization of healthcare to narrowly biological, hospital-centered, and mainly curative medical care. This study analyzed how physicians working in primary care under the Family Health Strategy in Brazil conduct comprehensive individual care, with a focus on the psychological dimension in the health-disease process. The study used a qualitative approach. The data were collected with semi-structured interviews and interpreted by means of content analysis (thematic modality), comprising three themes. We found that the approach to the psychological dimension by physicians is developed from the perspective of comprehensiveness in an effort to reconstruct fragmented health practices. However, we observed difficulties and challenges to be overcome by physicians with the clientele, the health team, and management. Comprehensiveness thus emerges as the capacity of professionals to interact with users, thus producing a common ground that allows dialogue between the stakeholders, thereby fostering reorganization of care.

O apoiador institucional da Atenção Básica: a experiência em um município do interior paulista

Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, realizada com sete apoiadoras institucionais de um municipio do interior paulista, com o objetivo de verificar o processo experiencial na gestao da Atencao Basica. A partir da analise de conteudo tematica, foi discutida a construcao da experiencia, da identidade e a necessidade da supervisao-apoio do apoiador institucional. Consideram-se as barreiras na construcao de novas praticas de atencao a saude e de gestao, com o desafio de institucionalizar a proposta e fortalecer a Educacao Permanente, como ferramentas para a reorganizacao da gestao da Atencao Basica.
